Last year, I purchased a suit for my son that ended up being too big. The weekend before Easter, I brought it back in with the receipt and tags still attached to have it altered. I paid $50 to have the pants altered. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until Sunday morning, while getting my son ready for church, that I had accidentally left the suit jacket in the store. I the next day, but the store was closed for Easter Sunday. First thing Monday morning, I went back and spoke with the manager, Cari. She took my information, I noted the description of the jacket, and told me to give her a couple of days to look into it since it was right after the holiday. Days went by with no follow-up. When I called midweek, she said she hadn't seen it. I followed up again on Saturday, and at that point she told me "it's not looking good," but she would continue to check. I even suggested reviewing the cameras or speaking with the security guard who assisted me and handled my items when I first arrived. In the end, I was told the store is not responsible for "personal items left behind." This was not just any personal item, it was a brand new jacket purchased from that very store, never worn. I even brought my receipt and showed proof of purchase. To make matters worse, I was then told the suit didn't come with a jacket, which is simply not true. When I originally purchased it, there were plenty of matching jackets on the rack. I've worked in retail before, and this is not how situations like this are typically handled especially when there is clear proof of purchase and an opportunity to review what happened. Now I've paid for alterations on pants that are essentially useless without the jacket and the alteration cost more than the suit itself. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish, especially the lack of communication and follow-up. I will be returning all of my recent purchases and taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service…read more We purchased a homecoming dress for our daughter for $180 last Sunday, and her (1sst) homecoming is tonight. Less than a week after the purchase, the sequins on the dress are falling off. The dress had been put away in the bag since we purchased it, so we were shocked to discover the issue. With homecoming happening tonight, we took the dress back to the store today in hopes of getting some help resolving the issue. Unfortunately, the store offered no meaningful assistance, other than 25% off the purchase of another dress. With prom just hours away, that offer does absolutely nothing to address the problem we were facing. What made the experience even more disappointing was the owner's question about whether our daughter had tried the dress on at home, which came across as an implication that she was somehow responsible for the damage. Is it unreasonable to expect a $180 prom dress to hold up to being tried on for five minutes? We certainly don't think so. We understand that issues can occasionally arise with a product, but how a business responds when something goes wrong says a lot about its commitment to its customers. We weren't expecting anything unreasonable; we simply hoped the store would stand behind a dress that had been purchased less than a week earlier and was already falling apart. This was our first experience with this store, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. Offering a discount on a future purchase isn't a solution when the current purchase has failed, especially when the customer has an immediate and important event to attend. It's hard to understand why we would want to do business here again after this experience. A very unfortunate situation for our daughter right before her prom, and a disappointing example of customer service.

That's girl math for you. What I love, other than the great deals are their work pants. There was only one brand who made work pants that fit me well, are comfortable but can be pricey. As recently as last year, I have found that Old Navy makes great work pants. The stretchy, comfortable types that feel like leggings but are loose enough to pass as real work pants. I love them and I have found them in my size at this very store. I even found a few at a really good deal (less than $10)! Not only that but Old Navy have upped their game in the athletic wear department. On my recent trip there, I found several leggings and workout top that looked and feels excellent. It is now a usual stop to peruse their athletic wear whenever I am in store. Checkout counter moves fairly quickly here. I haven't had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. Other associates are very helpful as well. I can't really complain! Great deals, nice people, this is definitely my go-to for bargain shopping.

Parking lot is huge as it is connected with other businesses. The entrance to enter Old Navy was a little weird as in the doors. I made my way in and it looks like any other Old Navy store. Huge with lots of items. I went to the checkout to pick up my Mobil order and it was quick and smooth. Cashier was nice and had no issues I used my old navy cash to benefit from the savings to get a better deal.
