The woman who measured me was quick. I ended up buying the very first bra that she chose for me! She gave me no trouble when I wanted to try on multiple bras, which I'm very glad I did because it made me understand what I was looking for and made me feel better about the choices I made. She gave great advice! I was able to call the day of and make an appointment for a fitting that day. They take walk-ins, but just like any other place if you don't want to wait, making an appointment would be better. I brought with me a dress I wanted to buy a bra for. I would definitely recommend bringing clothing to test if the bra works for your wardrobe. I will be coming back for swimming suits!

If you haven't checked this store out, you are missing some fun clothes, especially for summer. This review will focus on two visits in particular. The first visit was last fall when I was shopping for a purple top to wear to my college homecoming. I went in and shared with the associate what I was looking for. She immediately showed me a couple of items that were more lilac in color. When I told her it needed to be deeper and darker in color, she asked me to give her a moment and she'd be back. She scurried off to the stockroom and came back with the perfect item. One of Tommy's half-zipped sweatshirts had just arrived in a shipment and she found it. As I was excited about the color, she was excited to share with me how I can remove the label and the sweatshirt would be reversible. I giggled and I told her, I already knew that as I had two other colors already at home. Still, she provided top notch service. Second most recent visit was during Friends & Family Sale. I always love 25% off. I had seen a stripped linen shirt I loved in an earlier mailing. So I could find it or describe it to a sales associate, I took a picture of it from the catalog. When I showed them what I was looking for, they informed me they no longer had it in stock, but they check with other stores. While I shopped and selected a fun silk shirt with martini glasses on it, they found my shirt at Mall of America. I still get the 25% off both shirts, and I wasn't charged shipping for the one and I had within less then a week. Again, I applaud their customer service. I've never had a proper fitting for a bra. I needed to replace all of mine (I hadn't bought new…read moreones for a while!) and I had lost weight. I've been aware of Ann's Bra Shop for many years, but had never been there. I knew from friends that they were very helpful. I finally went there! There was a sign in sheet for those who needed help with a fitting as opposed to those just shopping. I signed in and only had to wait a few minutes before someone was available to help me. I was asked what I needed help with and I explained my needs and likes/dislikes. I was taken to a dressing room and measured. Then I was brought literally the perfect bra for me! I was very impressed! The bras needed to be ordered so we took care of that and we were finished. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the whole process was! I was also really surprised at how many bras and swimsuits were in the store! I would be really surprised if someone couldn't find a bra there that worked for them. Also - a shout out to Sarah L. for her help and for making the entire process much easier than I thought it would be! I'll definitely go back when I need to get more new bras!

I developed a brand called "boobtique" for women to get what they need for their breast cancer journey when they don't know what they need. I'm still completing my brand with my wellness studio in Ballwin called Elevate wellness studio as well as owning two OsteoStrong facilities in the St. Louis area. I am also a portrait of hope for the ACS. In April 2026 I needed another reconstruction and went to Ann's bra shop 3 days after surgery to get the bra(s) I needed. I told my husband on the way there - I just want you with me to help me - I know what we need and I don't want anyone else helping us; you're my support system and I want you with me. He said. "Ok. I got you!" NOBODY greeted us when we talked in. NOBODY asked us if we needed help. NOBODY told us where fitting rooms were. We chose 4 bras and went into the dressing rooms that appeared open to the public. My husband helped me and then when I needed a different size he went to go get it for me. This is a very emotional time for a woman and scars and lack of mobility are a real thing. They told my husband he had to leave the dressing room after they came in with I had no clothes on my upper body. They didn't ask to come in or anything. They made my husband leave. I sat down on the bench all alone in the dressing room. I started breaking down into tears bc I didn't want to feel alone and I didn't want a stranger to help me. I needed my husband who was my support system. We were not told there was a special private room. We were not told anything. I bought one bra, simply because it was the day before Easter and I needed one to wear to church tomorrow that wasn't uncomfortable and now I'll buy the rest elsewhere. I was left feeling alone, sad and unsupported and no questions were asked on how to make me feel more comfortable. I will never be back. I own my own business where I deal with survivors all the time and I will not refer anyone your way because you do not make me feel comfortable or supported. I do not need a response from you defending yourself - I wasn't greeted at your facility, I didn't know the protocol and nobody asked if we needed help. I suggest you work on your company culture. This led us to the nearby Ziena Boutique storefront. We went inside and explored what turned out to be an upscale women's clothing store that seems to specialize in trendy smart-casual styles. Ziena has jeans, blouses, dusters, necklaces, permanent jewelry, sparkly custom patches that can be placed on clothing or cosmetic bags, and more. I expected the prices to be high, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were reasonable. I bought a duster-style button-down shirt that looks great over short jeans and a tank, and it was only $45. I have already told several friends that they need to stop by this place. I'll be back!

I had an email exchange with someone from this business and was further disrespected. In the store I was told that we do not do this sort of thing here when I requestsd a bra fitting as a trans woman. I was further told to tell others like me this. When we interacted there were multiple opportunities to deny service that didn't include blatant transphobia, but this is the approach that was chosen. I went on to email the owner about this Awful service s I received. My concerns were dismissed. I was gas lit regarding them not providing the service. Their website clearly states that they do measurements for bra fitting. The attendant was willing to assist me until she asked that I was trans. The email also stated that they had other customers they were focused on. Their tone was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. If they were busy maybe there would be grounds for this. Unfortunately for their narrative there were two customers in the store counting me. If you are a trans woman if an ally, please avoid these people. They are wildly unprofessional. And frankly transphobic. Nothing about my interaction was pleasant. Tldr I was denied service based on being trans. They are incredibly rude the entire time I've tried to reconcile this. Avoid them.
