Read if you're thinking of going here!…read more Rude rude lady. Came here on vacation to try and find a gown for my friend and this lady (who I later find out was part owner) was not helpful. Her tone was very rude from the beginning. During the time my friend was looking at dresses, she tells her, "don't stretch the dress out." My friend was literally just holding the dress open to see how wide it was, like any normal person. As soon as my friend finished trying on a dress and decided she didn't want it, we came to the lobby to discuss where we were about to go next, and the lady comes right behind us telling us we're about to close so y'all need to leave (not in a nice or professional manner). My friend asked, "y'all close at 5 right?" The lady responds back to us by saying we operate by appt only, y'all need to leave. So now that she is giving us straight attitude. I told her to give us a second. She repeated herself again, and tells us "goodbye" in like a leave tone of voice. So they literally kicked us out to the curb. We were standing there for 1 minute when she was trying to tell us to leave. Like you can't stand in a store for a few minutes. Mind you, there was no one else there, so we weren't tying her time up or anything. I would go somewhere else for your dresses. Plus she made it super clear, they don't do alterations. She has no idea where they do alterations. She has no idea where a mall is. So yes. Stay away from here. Horrible service. Wish I could tell your her name, but she refused to answer. As I'm writing this outside (because we were waiting on our Uber), a different lady comes out and asks me if I want a business card. I said sure. She was very confrontational. I asked her if the lady inside that kicked us out was the owner. She said they both are. So I was like well y'all have a funny of treating your customers. I told her the lady informed us that this was by appointment only a store, and that we were not aware of that. But nothing on their website says by appointment only. She said, "we prefer by appt only," so I said well that's different than kicking your customer out (after your let them look for a dress) and tell your customers that your by appt only... not preferably. I told her we're from out of town and just needed find a dress last minute so we did not know that, and that's no reason to treat your customers like that. She goes on to continue arguing with me and tell me, "well the other out of town people seem to know." You see where I'm going with this?? Like who argues with there customer and talks disrespectful to them? No business I go to. I wasn't going to stand there and argue with this rude person any longer, who was clearly not apologetic for the way her business partner treated us, so I tried waking away. She kept trying to argue as I was leaving and I told her to shut up. So she walked out of her business, propped the door, and began following me like she was going to fight me. I continued to walk away with my other friends as she was threatening me. I had to tell her I was going to call the cops, and she finally backed off. This is the worst experience I've ever had. A business owner verbally disrespectful, excusing her behavior instead of apologizing for it, and then following me out on the street to fight? If that isn't enough to steer you away from here, then good luck. You'll be in for a real... experience.

Sorry to hear that this location in Plaza Frontenac is closing after more than 50 years! However,…read morethe last time I was in the store about a year ago, I was dismayed. The stock in the men's department was disappointing, now I know why - they weren't paying suppliers and many vendors had stopped sending them clothes. The designers that were featured were only for hip-hop and athletic styles. Gone were the elegant clothes I was expecting. The same was true when I was recently in Las Vegas and New Orleans, those stores are also on the closure list. Sad times in retail and for luxury brands. Au revoir SAKS.

I was working with my associate, Lori; however, I was inquiring about a product that was more in the scope of Tracy. Lori attempted to engage Tracy's knowledge and not only did Tracy disrespect Lori, she disregarded me as a customer of Saks. I wanted a particular Kilian fragrance and Tracy did confirm that the one I wanted had been discontinued to Lori. I then addressed Tracy inquiring if there was one similar to my original inquiry. Tracy said yes and proceeded to walk in the direction of the Kilian counter. She then abruptly turned around and said "you all can go over there and find it." To be clear, she was not working with anyone at that time, so we were not keeping her from another customer and after saying her last comment, she went right back to looking on her phone. She was totally dismissive to me and had it not been for Lori standing there, I would have let Tracy know in that moment how ridiculous behavior was. As a long time customer of Saks, I know that your associates are not trained to behave in such a manner. Makes me wonder if I was Caucasian if she would have reacted differently. There are far too many options of where I can spend my money that sell the same items, if this behavior is acceptable then maybe I need to go elsewhere. This interaction reduced my rating; however, please know my associate Lori is a 5 star and beyond.

I love the top's sewn in style in the front and also the shape of the strap in the front. I love how it gradually gets smaller towards the back. I love the underwire push up, it gives it a nice push up look. I also really love the back of the strap, the style, and how it looks like a bra strap- it looks super cute! My favorite part is the back and how it ties and what it looks like! It's not complicated and is very simple. I also love the shape and style of the tie on the back. Also love the front coverage and how much it covers. The back emblem is cute "As Revival." The sewing is satisfactory and could be a bit better. Overall great quality and super comfortable.
