This trip was an excursion with my bestie and we came away with several pieces we are both very excited about. The space boasts sizes XL-4x thrift and consignment items. As with any shop on this genre, you have to have a few minutes to cull through the racks. The effort truly paid off for us. We found several unique pieces to add to our personal wardrobes. On trips to more traditional consignment/thrift shops, it's hit or miss if we even find anything at all. We hunt through racks and racks to find anything remotely close to our sizes. And it's another thing all together to find something we want to wear. We felt the prices were reasonable for what we bought. We are looking to visiting again soon to see what other treasures we find.

I placed an order online for the bundle deal, which includes four items for $100. Seemed like a deal since the clothes looked high-ish quality. Unfortunately, it's been about a month now and I have not received my items, though they show as delivered. When I reached out, I was informed that because I didn't buy package protection, there was nothing they could/would do. Further, the tone felt a bit condescending. "The only recourse would be to try and retrieve your order from the locker." Seriously? Clearly I attempted to and, spoiler alert, it wasn't there. Look, I get it, the post office has experienced a few issues as of late. However, as a consumer, there is a general expectation that the items you order will actually be delivered to you, and if not, the business/business owner will perform their due diligence to research and/or make it right. However, that is not the case here. A friend of mine back home in STL who actually purchased a few items from this store wasn't impressed by the quality of the clothing here, and neither was I when I saw her in it. Oh, well. $100 gone. It is what it is. So much for supporting small businesses from the area you grew up in.

I was told we needed to make an appointment so that we would get a personal consultant. I went on…read moretwo different days with my three daughters (1 one day and 2 the other day). Neither day did we have one person helping us. The first day, I ask the manager who our consultant was bc the girl we were "assigned to" wasn't helping us at all. The manager stepped in and helped some until another consultant step in later. The second day, "our consultant" seemed to be helping at least 4-5 girls and we only checked on very minimally of those girls. The whole experience was overwhelming because without some guidance, you don't know where to look for dresses that have the features you want, in the size you need. Another thing was most of the dresses without bling were smalls so for a girl that even was a little bigger, you couldn't get a feel of what the dresses looked like.
