I go to browse at Old Navy but that never seems to be the case because I always find something or a few things at an extremely low price that I feel like I am losing money if I didn't buy it. That's girl math for you. What I love, other than the great deals are their work pants. There was only one brand who made work pants that fit me well, are comfortable but can be pricey. As recently as last year, I have found that Old Navy makes great work pants. The stretchy, comfortable types that feel like leggings but are loose enough to pass as real work pants. I love them and I have found them in my size at this very store. I even found a few at a really good deal (less than $10)! Not only that but Old Navy have upped their game in the athletic wear department. On my recent trip there, I found several leggings and workout top that looked and feels excellent. It is now a usual stop to peruse their athletic wear whenever I am in store. Checkout counter moves fairly quickly here. I haven't had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. Other associates are very helpful as well. I can't really complain! Great deals, nice people, this is definitely my go-to for bargain shopping. read more

Placed an order online because this was the only location that has all my items available in 1 store. It was pretty quick that I received a notification that my items were ready for pickup. Parking lot is huge as it is connected with other businesses. The entrance to enter Old Navy was a little weird as in the doors. I made my way in and it looks like any other Old Navy store. Huge with lots of items. I went to the checkout to pick up my Mobil order and it was quick and smooth. Cashier was nice and had no issues I used my old navy cash to benefit from the savings to get a better deal. I would return to this location if the one closer to me doesn't have what I need available. read more

I shop this Old Navy pretty regularly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are excellent with checking in on you to see if you need anything without being overbearing. This store is clean, organized and easy to navigate. I can always find what I need. You can tell the staff work hard to keep this store looking so good! There are plenty of sizes available in all the clothing. And the fitting rooms are clean, bright and roomy. Old Navy often runs sales in store and online. Their prices are reasonable for stylish and comfortable clothing. My favorite is their huge selection of jeans! Anytime I have had to do a return either from online or in store merchandise it has been easy and fast! I will keep shopping this store as it is my favorite "go to" Old Navy! read more

This Old Navy is typically pretty spot on. It's clean seems majority organized and the staff is really kind and helpful. I really like old navy for their active line for working out and athleisure. They usually have some great deals going on which is always a plus. Sometimes their sizing can be inconsistent and jeans can be a bit hard to hammer down due to the inconsistencies. I like their Old Navy Cash program (spend a certain amount and then basically a gift card on your next visit). Overall, good prices and selections. read more

So last night around 11:00am I called old navy in sunset hills mo, and spoke to a male employee and asked him if he could put a selena gomez top on hold for me so I could pick up the item on march 31st, 2025, and he said of course I will and I even gave him my first and last name so today around 10:00am, I drove all the way to old navy in sunset hills mo, and by the time I got there it turns out they never put the item on hold which I thought was very rude of them because clearly I feel as a customer they don't care about there customers and then in the end they had the nerve to offer me a job there but I still in the end got my selena gomez top but that's still not the point so I'm not going to that old navy ever again. I have always been a fan ever since Old Navy came onto the scene, their styles of clothes are trendy and don't carry a high price tag like so many clothing departments in stores do now days. they are always having awesome sales on their items, making it even more worthy of a return visit or two. The employees are extremely helpful, they know the store and the merchandise which helps to make such a pleasant shopping experience. Love this store! It is always very clean, well lit and there is plenty of room to look at the clothes. When you have their credit card you get extra discounts so that is a plus. Also, the staff is always super friendly and go out if their way to help you. Also when you are trying on clothes if you need a different size they will actually go and get it for you so you don't have to leave the changing room!!!! I've never had a great experience with Old Navy but this store saddened me. It was in disarray, I mean really really disorganized and out of order. They didn't even have any boot cut khakis which I am certain is a staple at old navy. I would've been less irritated if they had some in the wrong sizes, but there was zero. I also couldn't find a soul to help me. I know it's pretty typical for an Old Navy to be disorganized, but, this one really takes the cake. read more

Old Navy is solid. They have great sales and deals, decent quality clothes, and clothes for all shapes and sizes. I buy a lot of baby clothes here, and some of my own clothes. NEVER buy anything here unless there is a sale! Sign up for emails, and you will get emails pretty much daily with deals. It's kinda annoying except when you need clothes!! The only thing I would change about this Old Navy is that I wished that they had maternity when I was pregnant. Only certain stores do, and I had to go to South County to have access to that section. The prices are affordable and the quality reflects the same. Plenty of selection. The parking lot is huge as it shares space with a Home Depot, PetsMart and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. This is a location for 18-29 year olds. read more

Went there today to look for a bathing suit with my daughter. Not only was their selection disappointing, but when we chose a pair of flip flops and took them up to the register found out that they were a higher price than the sign said (2 for $5 and in small print 1 for $3.95, no exclusions listed). The cashier was rude about the price of said flip flops as though I was the one making up the price or the sign. You would think that at $10/hour customer service they would be able to find some associates that don't have attitudes when dealing with customer concerns or discrepancies. This is not the first time the customer service is lacking at this store. Sad since we have shopped at Old Navy for years. read more
