One of the nicest, busiest malls I've been to. We're lucky in the St Louis Metro Area to have such a mall as this, as others are closing down. All the stores are open, there's none that have left and if they do, another store re opens in that spot. The bathrooms were awful, it surprised me actually. It smelled so bad going down the long hallway. Toilet paper all over the floor and 2 stalls weren't clean, if you know what I mean. Luckily the lady who cleans was coming in as I was leaving, but for it to get that bad... hopeful it's cleaned pretty routinely. read more

I love browsing this mall. Plenty of stores, foot traffic. Aisle/hall sales. Playground, food courts. Friendly staff. Plenty of security. Prices through out the mall will fit customers budget. Plenty of parking throughout the building. Massage chairs for the men waiting on their partners to finish shopping (wink:) A good Pandora location as well. read more

This is the best mall in Missouri, and potentially the best mall I've ever been to. West County is one of the only STL malls still bustling, and it's always pretty busy. Especially the food court, which I understand, since it's loaded with options! Great collection of mid to high price stores, chain restaurants and even some pop-up-booths throughout. Bathrooms aren't too dirty either, for a mall at least. read more

I've entertained the idea of writing this review for years. Today, after witnessing an employee walk out of the family bathroom to find it looking like this. (Given that she couldn't have been able to use the bathroom either, one wonders what she was doing in there.) This is an ongoing, mall-wide issue. The bathrooms here are disgusting. I usually take my small children way to Nordstrom when we have to go. The mall collects rent from the shops, the shops collect payment from the customers, and apparently no one (except Nordstrom, thanks Nordstrom) cares about the hygiene of the environments needed in-between. read more

I rarely come to the mall and when I do, I try to park close to the store for a quick in and out. This day, i decided to look around to see what I could buy for gifts. I used to love the mall and this one especially. What a huge disappointment. While they have a lot of shops and kiosk, the place is just filthy. I know employers are struggling with staffing but something should be done. Every trash can was overfilled. Mess all over the floor and even throw up on corners with caution markers and paper covering it. I didn't even bother going to the food court or bathroom. I truly think this is the best mall experience in the STL area! I have a young toddler and this mall is equipped with a kids play place, kid-friendly food options, a train that runs regularly, and a floor plan that's easy to navigate. I love the variety of stores that cater to me and my child, and everything seems very clean too! During Christmas-time they have the best Santa for photos and the price is fairly reasonable. I absolutely love the joyous holidays. The time of year when bright Christmas lights and decorations go up all around town bringing Yuletide pleasure to all. Of course, this is also the time for Holiday shopping! Shopping is one of my favorite pastimes and Holiday shopping is that on steroids! When I think back to being in the mall during this season (as a child) it makes me feel nostalgic. At that time it was either Crestwood or West County Mall. Unfortunately Crestwood Mall is no longer, so these days I do most of my shopping at West County Mall. Holiday events and festivities often sends me to Nordstrom to find a gorgeous formal gown. I can almost always find something really pretty at a reasonable price. Just a couple of weeks ago a wore a beautiful black dress, sheer at the top to an esteemed event. I found it at Nordstrom! As an ADDED bonus, Ebar coffee house (associated with Nordstrom) is located right next door. Try the "Eggnog" latte, it's rich and delicious with just a slight eggnog flavor. Ravishing place and great variety of stores-still skeptical on restroom and trash can neatness but neat nonetheless. So much to shop for and lovely selection of merchandise to choose from. Prices I found to be just right, except for some specific brands, but y'know, a few bad apples don't ruin the whole bunch. If your shopping, you could just skip the stores you don't favor. WOW! I hadn't been to this mall for awhile. It was great to see it busy, with lots of customers. I know, so many people like to order online. My preference is a brick and mortar store where I can get real, live personal service. Clothing and shoes...I like to try before I buy, and not have to deal with returns later. It's not a secret that malls aren't as busy as they used to be. I, myself, rarely go to the mall anymore due to the ease of shipping and online shopping. I came here to do some shopping with my mom and was delightfully surprised with how many people were here and how lively everything was. Post covid I haven't been here that often, so I had a false sense of what it would be like. While it wasn't hard to find a parking space by any means, everything was lively and people seemed to be happy to be out and about. The mall itself was very clean and everything was kept up with. I've been to other shopping centers where escalators were broken, bathrooms weren't kept up with etc. The food court has a ton of new options since I've been here last, which is super awesome. There's some local options in there as well, which I feel is really important. This was like a trip back to high school for me and I definitely appreciated it :) read more

Probably the nicest mall in the St. Louis area and the parking lot agrees with me. We arrived at the best time though parking was full, we opted for the top floor of the garage which is usually a safe bet to find parking. By the time we left, it felt like we were leaving the garage at ball park village right after a cardinals game. It was so busy that there were police directing traffic. Everyone seemed to be doing their last minute Christmas shopping I suppose. I was just there to do a return at Nordstrom's. The ebb and flow of traffic wasn't too bad though, but that peak hour was around 1pm on a Saturday so fair warning! read more

My grandmother needed a wheelchair, we had to walk half the mall and when we did find the place to borrow a wheelchair, we were told she would have to walk all the way down to their security office to sign for it personally and no they wouldn't bring it to her! This shopping center/ mall is always adding new stores to stay relevant and trendy. They have the staple department stores, multiple restaurants, and many different parking lots all around the mall. I've been shopping here about 20 years and it's one of my favorites in the area. From food to jewelry to picture frames they have it all! Recommended. read more

Honestly don't think that West County gets enough credit for the diversity in shopping and the experience you get while shopping at this mall. Especially in a time where a lot of malls shit down wether due to the pandemic or malls failing to maintain solid sales numbers, West County Mall always thrives to keep its number of empty gaps (or closed down stores) to a minimum. And as someone who's grown up in St. Louis my whole life, it has truly only gotten better and better. read more

Bought a ring in May 2022 on my Us bank credit card and non reloadable master cards visa for over 700.00 dollars went back in two days later and got approved for a JCPenney card asked them to refund the ring to my USA bank card and put it on my JCPenney card because it would be cheaper. Never received my credit on my Us bank card. They are claiming the credit went to the non reloadable card. They are just taking people money. I am fighting because can't see what they are doing behind that counter. Always check and double check .if I could I would give them a negative-0 read more

This mall is not ADA accessible! All of the elevators are down! You have to visit Macy's or Nordstrom to utilize elevators which isn't convenient if you are at the JC Penny side of the mall! This is the second time I've experienced this and will hesitate to return! read more
