I will never understand people who go out of their way to write a negative review about places like this complaining about one slightly inconvenient experience. "Bad cashiers! Be warned!" Came into the store just to pick up an online item I ordered and Laura at the cash register she's going to call someone while she then helps the gentleman behind me. He leaves and I end up waiting for Amber the assistant manager for several minutes. How is it that I just came to pick something up and it takes longer than buying it in the store. read more

I've been coming to this particular location since my crazy teenage years. Nothing's really changed here, except for the many sales and workers, naturally. This location is seconds from I-255 and South County Mall, on Lemay Ferry Rd. The store picks up hella traffic and sits across from a popular strip mall. Sam's Club is stationed behind it, too. The lot is clean and never hectic. The store is neat, for the most part; You'll have your usual disarray here and there. Their clearance section is righteous! I can always find a few items to take home. Old Navy is accomondating to all sizes and shapes. For the professional to the athletic, you can find it all. read more

Stopped in on a Thursday evening because the internet said a certain t-shirt I wanted was in stock at this location. I found it fairly quickly. I tried it on along with a couple of other items and ended up not buying it. It was not for me and looked a lot better in the photo. Oh well, sometimes that happens. I do think this is perhaps the largest Old Navy store in the St. Louis area. The amount of merchandise is staggering! read more

The cashier named Emma George is absolutely amazing. Tried to sign me up for a card however I was not old enough so she signed my grandma up instead and was extremely helpful while in the process. She knows exactly what she's talking about and was quick and efficient. This girl deserves a raise because my previous experiences there were nothing like that. read more

I really like Old Navy. Pretty good quality, cheap with lots of deals/coupons year round, baby through adult available, big selection, maternity, and plus size. I haven't shopped there much but since I got pregnant started to do so. I bought a lot of maternity wear there, including a winter coat that was inexpensive and served me extremely well as my belly grew. This is one of the locations that has a maternity section. Not all do, including the location closest to my house. I also have bought and received gifts of baby clothes. Big selection and cute stuff. It's fast to check out and easy to park. Not much more to ask for. My only complaint is that if you want to return something without a receipt (I had a few baby gifts that I didn't need), you get a refund by mail a few weeks later vs. store credit right then. This is a great time of the year for a fall shopping spree. I found tons of summer items on clearance and some cute long sleeve tshirts in all of the colors that I needed to add to my wardrobe. I love that they have a clothing attendant in the dressing rooms to keep them neat and clutter free. The bathrooms are well maintained. The sales associates are always very helpful and friendly. Very poor management. If you're going to go to this store, make sure you call ahead to see if they are open. They have staff meetings and take care of inventory during business hours. Drive the extra distance to go to a different location. read more

After discovering that the world does not actually end a mile South of my house (thank you Andrew and Amanda D.) I discovered the best Old Navy outside of central Texas (what? I can't still favor the hometown stores?). This store is h-u-g-e, the way an Old Navy should be. Adults on one side, kiddos and maternity on the other (which I love the placement of by the way, you are about to spit out a kid, let's put your clothes between the little boy clothes and the little girl clothes). The selection was amazing, I'm talking walls upon walls of flip-flops screaming for summer fun. Helpful staff, a bit frazzled by the screaming children that are ubiquitous to all Old Navy locations, but helpful. Skip Ladue and head south my friends. read more

Since I live in Jefferson County this Old Navy seems right down the road. I am glad this store is easy to get to. Especially since my fiancé will only wear Old Navy clothes, and will only wear Old Navy fleece pullovers in the winter. This store is also easy to get to which I am thankful for. read more

The worst customer service.. especially the manager, Viola. All I wanted to do was exchange a pair of pants and buy more items and she made it an impossible task lasting 20 minutes while rolling her eyes at me. I will not go to this location ever again. read more

This store frustrates me every time I shop here. I love Old Navy in general but the staff here is rude and many do not have the slightest concept of how to check someone out. Yesterday I purchased 7 items. I had super cash to use and a reward. I asked the checker if I could use both. She had to ask another cashier. They said yes. I asked her to price check an 8th item and decided not to buy it. She put it back behind the register and checked me out. The total seemed high and I questioned it and she said it was correct. I got to my car and low and behold the 8th item that I didn't purchase was charged to my card and when I tried to return it they were only going to give me the "return value" which deducted $9 of my rewards. I tried multiple times to explain to them that I never purchased the shirt! I wanted the full refund of the shirt and the rewards applied to my actual purchases. It took 4 people to finally rectify the situation and all of them acted like I was the problem. It took me almost 25 minutes to complete the checkout process. Needless to say I was frustrated. It wasn't even busy in the store at the time. read more
