It's only about 5 minutes from home and since I was in Webster Groves today, I decided to pay this boutique a visit. They have a good variety of clothing to choose from ranging from casual/jeans for the cooler weather coming up, to cute dresses! When I came to visit today, they were giving an additional 30% off of their sales rack. Although I did not find too many XS selection, I did manage to find a nice pair of jeans and a small dress. The dress seems a bit more fit for the summer but I imagine I still have a couple of weeks to wear it out before it's time to retire for the season. The inside is quite luxurious, the staff were friendly enough, and the dressing rooms were nice. Would I come back? Yes, definitely! I can see myself shopping here again in the near future.

I went in store in Webster to make a necklace and get some things and buy the 10 year anniversary bogo carnival tickets. The day before they emailed out they were free (so my friend and I spent $50 for no reason). The three workers in the store couldn't figure out how to sell us tickets and emailed us our receipts. The event was madness and there was nothing for $6. Literally everything cost more than today, where everything is 70% off. What was most upsetting is that when we went to check out, we explained the situation that the girls didn't know how to ring us up and showed the square receipt and the owner Betsy quite literally rolled her eyes in contempt and denied our reality and asked us what piece of jewelry we choose because it had to be chosen beforehand. We weren't given an option and had to fight for a ticket that WE actually Paid for! So they ended up making a bag, and we didn't get anything other than the piece of jewelry. There were no snacks, and we couldn't even get a can of soda/fizzy water, we got 5 oz pours by a gal in a tent down two doors down from the event. Zero reason to be a loyal customer, it actually cost me more. Oh, and the gift card I won in a carnival game isn't even valid, I went to buy merch online tonight (since it's 70% off now), and I can't even redeem my gift card. Genuinely, you're better off using google lens and ordering the items you want elsewhere. You won't be belittled, have to fight, or give money to people who shouldn't run a business to begin with. 10/10 DO NOT Reccomend. I'm so so sad I've been so loyal for so long.

They also have a shelf full of vintage photos and postcards. Fun to look through. The next section is dining room sets, a step back in time! Last section is chairs and clearance. Such a walk down memory lane every time I am in.

TL:DR - This place has great items at great values. But I'd steer clear of buying any high prices…read moreelectronics or "machines" like vacuums or instant pots. This place isn't an authorized retailer which may affect your warranty. In addition, buying returned items opens them up to scammers. I stopped in here while the wife was shopping in front of the plaza. Was really excited since we were about to move and this place has just about everything at super cheap prices. They have clothes, shoes, kitchen stuff, rugs, couches and so much more. My wife and I ended up spending over $600 on an instant pot, Dyson V11, bathroom towels, electric kettle, and pots/pans. After 4 months, only the towels, pots/pans, and electric kettle are still with us and working. As soon as we got home with the Dyson V11, we quickly realized that someone had previously bought a V11, replaced it with a v10 (the previous year's model) and returned it in an effort to scam the clubstore out of money/a newer model. Not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used and had used nail clippers in the box. Thankfully the store has a 30 day no questions asked return policy, but the worker tried arguing with me that it was the V11 when it clearly was not, which was super frustrating. Now after just 4 months, the instant pot stopped working for zero reason, and the instant pot company won't replace it under warranty because the clubstore outlet isn't an authorized retailer. All in all, I think the clubstore outlet provides great value for non electronic items, like towels soap, shoes, etc, but I'd never by any high value item here again.

I love that this store carries Shoshanna dresses. In fact, three of the (confessedly many) dresses that I have bought from here are Shoshanna.
