GREAT experience on 2 recent visits…read more Last week I went to select a tuxedo and Natalia helped me pick one out one in about 10 minutes. Almost perfect fit. She knew right away where to search and what to show me. Can't say enough about Natalia. Today I went back to alter pants to fit (they come in one length ana they do your alterations for you ). I was hoping that Natalia was going to be there again I soon met Andie She was just as amazing!! I brought my shoes for pants fitting to measure. Also a long tie my daughter wants me to wear at her wedding. I wasn't sure if I would like the long tie look or try some bow ties out. Maybe a cummerbund?? Andie helped pick out several options in 5 minutes and helped me try them on. All while she measured for pants length and had them hemmed at the same time we were trying options. Jacket is perfect fit now, pants perfect fit now, and tie worked out. Thanks Andie and Natalia for a great experience. I would recommend Savvi and their team to anyone.

She had an appointment on a Saturday morning. Five us were there with her. None of us could believe how bad our appointment was. I can't even call her a consultant. She was a flat out sales person. She didn't listen to what my daughter was telling her. My daughter could barely breathe in one of the dresses and the sales gal went on and on about the dress. She literally said to her, "I can tell you don't even want to take it off" as my daughter was saying how she couldn't breathe in it. She was pushing the look over comfort. Most of the time my girl didn't like the look or feel the comfort. Brides are in their dress for hours and hours on their wedding day so of course comfort is important. There was a dress that my daughter kind of liked. She pointed out what she didn't like about it. The sales gal said that all kinds of changes could be made. Now, I know that each of those changes cost money, but she never mentioned that fact. She was also not respectful of my daughter's budget. It was not there. They had no idea I had ever been to the store before. It took me 3 hours of phone tag and calling multiple stores to figure out where it was. The store who had it was closing and had to drive it over to west county and that was another hour of waiting. They made me pay full price and did not even applogize. There was another person in the store who used their flight waiting on their suit to be shipped over as well. They have cool styles but incompetent employees who don't seem to care. I will never do anything with this company again.

The manager was literally yelling at the bride and we could hear everything. It was SUPER unprofessional. Our stylist even apologized... the bride said to us "do not buy here". We listened to her, obviously we do not want to go through that if we have issues too. The bride was in a crunch and literally showed up at our next appointment - she bought a different dress at the other shop. Like I mentioned - our stylist was friendly, but I don't even remember her name. We didn't connect. I felt comfortable at the other places and got to know the stylists and had conversations with them.
