My sandwich was all set to go fairly quick. The sandwich was layered with soft pulled pork, pork belly, slices of beef brisket and a sweet BBQ sauce on a toasted bun. The macaroni salad had firm elbow macaroni, mayo, celery & egg. The portion of food was modest. Overall, the food I had for my takeout lunch was pretty good. Same for their roast pork. The juices "leaked" into your sandwich, making for a messier but more satisfying experience. The roast beef sub I purchased recently didn't seem as satisfying. I mean it was still good but not "cravable" in the way I remember. Times change...even our favorite deli sandwiches aren't immune.
