I left town and when I returned he had only fixed the small lights; the big light was still out and by then the warranty had expired. I opened it up and found the circuit board damaged from a water leak -- something the tech should have noticed. That tub cost $24,000 last year and had multiple water leaks. I bought a new tub from Oregon Hot Tub in Bend last April. The other day I had to add water and discovered a drain cap with a pinhole. I called; the part is only $4.54. When I asked if the replacement would be covered under warranty, I was told no -- they would require a service call, which costs $89.00. There is absolutely no customer service. Do your home work, there are smaller companies that have better customer service and better products

However, the companies I've had to deal with I would give a worse score simply because of the hassle. First of all when we need to buy a hot tub I appreciated the gentleman Jeremiah wasn't too pushy. That said, he also didn't steer us enough and I feel like I didn't know my hot tub we got lacked some features like various jet control settings. He also made it seem like our salt, hot tub didn't need any chlorine, when, in fact, I have to put chlorine in it almost every day. Delivery process actually went very smooth and we were able to get a hot tub within two weeks. However, that says shortly after delivery, I began experiencing issues with the hot tub's breaker. Additionally, I never got any follow up or anyone that actually taught me how to use the spa.. I had to spend around one to two hours, reading the manual to figure it all out. I tried calling the guy at the store. He said he would come out to help us learn how to use a spa, but he never answered my calls or emails after selling us a spa. Thanks! Every time I turn the Jets on the hot tub would short circuit breaker. It took almost a month and a half for them to actually fix it. The first technician said that the hot tub was perfectly fine and then finally a month later, the second one came out and figure it out. Another annoying thing is that they tried to gaslight me and told me the reason the hot tub wasn't working properly was because I didn't clean the filters or something like that which was BS. The breaker was broken and now that they fixed it it works perfectly fine. Overall, I had wished maybe to just have a more flawless experience when buying an expensive brand new hot tub.

The locker rooms are absolutely disgusting by the end of the day. They don't have male cleaners here. That means no one is cleaning the men's locker rooms all day. The classes posted on the doors don't match up to the classes online. They do not turn on the heat in the hallways. You go from the sauna to a freezing cold hallway. Feels like you're gonna get sick. This gym is basically a daycare center mixed with an old people's home. They are always having events and closing the pools. They close early without notice and the hours here are horrible. There are homeless people lurking in the parking lots and come into use the facilities. Things get stolen as well. I cannot wait for there to be real adult fitness club in bend. Because juniper is garbage.
