This is all a challenge now, due to Covid supply chain issues, etc. The first issue Patio World resolved to my great satisfaction was that they let me return almost $1000 worth of chair cushions. When the chairs themselves finally arrived this week, after being ordered online at the end of last summer, it turned out that the cushions that were the right size for the chair seats made the seat height much too high--in other words, it turned out that the chairs didn't need cushions at all, much less ones that were almost 3 inches thick. Patio World took them back and gave me a full refund, even though the cushions had been sitting unopened in a box in my garage awaiting the chairs' arrival for over a month. Yay, Mallory! The second great experience happened today when the cover for my new table and chairs turned out to be impossible to put on my new table, even though it was supposedly the correct size. Patio World took back the too-small cover (that was also wet when I brought it in, due to today's heavy rain) my husband and I could not fit onto the table and let me buy a larger size by covering only the price differential. Yay, Carrie! I will recommend Patio World to all my friends. It would have been so easy for them to just say "no" to me on both the cushions and the cover and instead they decided to say "yes." So I conclude this is a fantastic Bend business!!! I hope they will prosper greatly when they move to their new home on the west side. The Reed Mkt location is definitely a pain to enter and exit these days, so many people may pass them by in the meanwhile but I would encourage you to make the extra effort to get into the store and browse their great selection of patio furniture and related items. Also, they totally sit down and work with you to order something if they don't have what you need on the showroom floor. Thank you again Patio World!!!!!

Wanted to buy more there but the prices were higher than elsewhere. Noted. Did find a few things. Next, tried to exchange a defective item (pillow) less than a week later. Then she told me there could be no exchange without a receipt. Told her my charge would be in the system. Not good enough. (WHAT?) Offered to show her the charge recpt in my VISA app. Not good enough. Turns out the pillow I saw there during my original visit was too expensive anyway and I had decided to purchase elsewhere. I purchased it at Wal Mart, so I did not need to exchange it at World Market after all. OF COURSE WAL MART TOOK IT BACK ON EXCHANGE HAPPILY WITH NO QUESTIONS OR ISSUES - and it cost me half of what World Market wanted for the pillow!!! Word to the wise. Don't shop with World Market if they cannot support you after the sale, no matter how nice the sales clerks are at the time of purchase. Who needs the extra cost and hassle?

The whole process takes days. ..many layers are sprayed, not poured into custom molds. Then smoothed by hand and sprayed some more. The show room is gorgeous and you can feel all the surfaces and see all the colors they offer. They also do furniture and outdoor fireplaces. The furniture is actually comfortable! They also offer glass in the countertops, called Crush. It has a beautiful sparkly look to it.
