Once I decided on going with PureLux H20, he was able to send his technicians out to my home within 4 days to install the unit. Workmanship experience: Hardy and Hugo were the technicians, and they were extremely informative and diligent. They showed up punctual to the time they gave me in advance. I appreciated that they were very conscientious to ask all the questions in advance of where I would like the unit installed, briefing me on ease of access location as well as possible noise that might be a disturbance if too close to an indoor room. The installation was done within the time frame they gave me, and they left the work area clean after they left. We did a quick video call to troubleshoot the issue and he had someone over in matter of days to address the problem. Initially I had someone stop by who failed to even troubleshoot the issue, but Patrick was very quick to respond to correct the wrongs. He had his technician Tadeh come by who was professional and friendly. He replaced the system with a higher stage 5 filter system and installed a pressure regulator to reduce the pressure. He tested everything for leaks and showed me how it all works. Shakeh is also very friendly and has been great in helping us get quality water. I got tired over the years of buying my own system and solving issues so for about $25-30 a month it definitely a good value. Thank you Patrick, Shakeh and Tadeh! Definitely recommend them!
