They were the only coffee vendor at the event, so I was fully prepared to pay their outrageous prices, but their "service"--if you can even call it that--was completely unacceptable. I stood at their trailer for over 30 minutes while eating my food, and not a single employee bothered to come over and take my order. It looked like a ghost town. In frustration, I actually called the phone number printed right on the side of their trailer. Someone answered, but instead of being helpful, they were incredibly rude, snapped "What do you want?", when I answered they immediately hung up. When I tried calling back, they just ignored the phone entirely. It takes a special level of terrible service to completely abandon your post at a major festival and then treat paying customers like a nuisance when they try to reach you. After the way I was treated, I wouldn't drink their coffee if it was free. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The smoked mac and cheese contributed absolutely nothing to society -- no smoke, barely any cheese, just hot disappointment in a cup. Meanwhile, the loaded baked potato showed up ready to save the franchise. When we called about the issues and asked for the food difference or a refund, we were told this is just "how it's supposed to be" and they can't refund food because they "can't resell it."
