A few weeks before our event, we met in person. Jill came over to meet Lucky, and the two instantly bonded. Lucky jumped onto her lap and started chewing on her hair, then laid down to rumble on her lap. Jill explained how her services work and asked us what Lucky liked to do, where her toys were, where the litter boxes are, where her food and water are, and the cleaning supplies. Jill explained her pricing system (fair) and that she sends updates daily, along with photos, she cleans the litter box, and she would change Lucky's water (Lucky has an automatic dispenser). We signed the paperwork and Jill left. When the day came, Jill sent the most amazing picture of Lucky. As much as I love my cat, in ten years, I've never been able to get a clear, nonblurry photo of her and Jill was able to get it day one. Jill's easy to communicate with (text then email). She's easy to schedule. And she's easy to pay (we use Chase QuickPay). Try to schedule her as soon as you know when you're going because she does charge a little more per day if it's "last minute" (within a week), again, very fair. Overall, my wife and I overwhelmingly recommend her. Since hiring her service for our wedding, we've scheduled Jill for 3 other trips and we will continue to do so in the future!

I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. Right now she's knocked out since I picked her up. The staff genuinely have a natural love of dogs you can't fake. When you're on the run in the mornings, they come out to your car and take your pooch. I've always been happy with their grooming services. They also have pet supplies, special play areas for dogs with special needs (i.e. not fixed, jumpers, in heat, etc), pet suites for boarding. They host behavior/training classes and donate the venue to animal rescues to host special pet events/fundraisers. What's not to love?!?! There hours are very accomodating. Ususally 7am-7pm, may want to check. And I love the half-day option (6 hours) rather than the full-day as well if you need a couple hours to handle things. When I'm running late, and haven't had the chance to let out some of Harlow's energy - I can drop her off in less than 10 minutes and know she'll be taken care of. Instead of worrying if she's going aggro on my latest Italian leather heel. I don't trust Harlow with my mother. Harlow doesn't trust herself with my mother. But with Classy Canines, never another thought until it's time for pick-up.
