I brought it to their attention, but they refused to honor the warranty or replace it. They simply told me to flip the mattress and that it would get better, which it did not. I went back again to complain, but once again they did not accept it. I later found out that this place takes used mattresses, replaces the cover, and sells them to customers as if they were new. I have reasons and evidence to believe this. This business is not honest or reliable, and they sell second-hand mattresses at new-item prices.

We ordered Twin XL and we got Twin only which is five inches too short. I immediately called and got the run around. A manger was supposed to call me. They are making me jump through hoops for their mistake. I will never purchase from them again. Their Mattress Firm Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

WARNING! These guys took their reviews down from Mattress Guys in Little Elm for a reason. They had…read moretoo many bad reviews at the Little Elm store and just kept the fee open for this location. Its the same owner and what they sell is Liquidation furniture from a Bankrupt company, Symmons Beautyrest for Double triple prices for the same mattresses other stores sell at low prices. The owner is ex military and uses it as a God Bless America ploy to lure customers in. Don't go there you will get ripped off and the matresses are low quality, cheap mattresses that they are no longer making. They have petroleum in the foam and instead of keeping you cool it keep you warm. The mattress we got is already caving in and we haven't even had it a year.
