I avoid the big chains and box stores whenever possible, especially if a local business can be utilized. And every once in awhile you find a locally owned business that leaves those big chain stores in the dust in regards to customer service, expertise, quality and price. Van Harris and Bryan are exceptional when it comes to taking care of customers, and I can't say enough thanks for the help they gave us this weekend when we purchased two mattresses. They make Mattress Experts one those locally owned businesses we all need to support. They did everything they could to make us happy, to include making two separate deliveries and an exchange. Trust me, it is worth the trip to see them, they are wonderful.

I had driven past them many times not knowing exactly what the business was, then they were recommended to me for my door project.

Great deals on heavy duty bolts & screws, double paned windows, shower stalls and tubs and more. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed, so I didn't get to explore everything... but I did get a price list for windows before I left. Brand new double-paned windows with heat shield and divided light - 36x36" for only $77! I heard about the place by word of mouth. So glad I decided to check them out. If you are going to do ANY home improvement projects, it's definitely worth your time to check this place out!

Clean and Sheek! Ok…read moreso if I had unlimited monies.....like rich rich, I would absolutely decorate my entire house (that I do not have yet) with the fabulous things in this boutique. First of all it smells divine inside and there are employees throughout the store to help you find things and to ask questions too. I love not having to look and look for an employee to ask a question to...they are just right there. But it did also make me question, "do they have a lot of thefts?" There are a lot of whites and just really classy and comfy bed linens and decor and clothes. While leaving First Monday we stopped here and glad we did, although of course I didnt buy anything. :( This is off the busy street, I believe hwy 19. When we got into the parking lot there were hundreds of dead crickets. It was a crunchy walk inside. I dont mind it because if they were alive there would have been a lot of freaking out females running like crazy people to and from their cars. Thank you for taking care of the pests!

Today is November 7, 2020, 7 days past the promised date of item in stock and delivery, I returned to the store in order to dissolve the layaway agreement and get my deposit refunded to me. The store owner (who refused to give his name), has refused to give me my $100 deposit back (even if he witheld a restocking fee) for his inconvenience. He says that it was my responsibility to call to see if the item ever made it in and since I didn't and since it is now 90 days past the end of the layaway then all promises are null and void. So, "good bye, have a good day". This has been a lesson for me and I urge you to please enter into business transactions with this business very carefully and be certain to get everything in writing for your own protection, business ethics at this location are non-existant Garland PD was called out by the store owner and the event number was 2020E133272.
