It's independent AND they have a phone to call, FB to ask, and go to YouTube too. Then, looking for BOMs to do, they have the most interesting. The value is good and on par with other BOM onliners. We had to make calls and, luckily, for us, someone was still in the building next door and helped us. On the day of the class, our instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We definitely were very pleased with her and her class. But Stichin Heaven did not put new blades in the rotary cutters, and we had a difficult time trimming our fabric. We were concerned someone would cut themselves on the dull blades. I just feel Stichin Heaven has very poor customer service.
