A new sofa and loveseats was purchased from QUALITY HOME furniture in Canton, Texas just before Christmas. The loveseat has a bent hook inside and the delivery people had a hard time putting it together. When the back wouldn't stay on, we called the service man out. He saw the bend said he could order a new apparatus. I said it's a brand new loveseat I don't want a new part, I'd like to return it and get a good one since this one is brand new. Then Bryan from Mesquite calls me and basically says tough luck, it's been reported you've damaged it, we cant resell it, you're stuck with it! Its ONLY damage is the same as when it arrived!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT BACK IT UP IF IT'S DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES. read more

There service is awesome. The staff is always great, friendly and helpful. They have a lot to select from and value is great too. One of the times I was there, my 89 year old mom was with me, and as we were leaving the store my mom fell. I was unable to get her up. Several of the staff came running out to help with my mom. The were very gentle with her, they got her up and help her to our car. As for as I'm concerned they went way above their normal duties, they showed compassion. I financed furniture in February 2020 and still do not have all my furniture and it is mid July 2020. When I call, the staff is rude and the manager Joanna tells me to just answer my phone. I have never received a call about delivery and have never left a voice mail. If she was a real manager, she would take care of the problem and get my furniture delivered. Big failure with her as manager. Very unprofessional. Don't get your furniture here as you won't get it all read more

The Quality Furniture store in Canton has been my furniture store for around 20 years. When you walk in there, there is always someone to greet you and ready to help. I recently went in for a new washer/dryer set. My experience again was great! Mr. Larry was such a big help in assisting me. To my surprise I spun the wheel and won! We not only took home a new washer and dryer but because of the win I was able to take home a new mattress set as well. Thank you Mr. Larry and Quality Furniture for an awesome experience!!!! My wife and I recently visited the Canton store looking for a new mattress and found one at a great price. While there we looked at and purchased two recliners. When delivered the upholstery didn't match on the two chairs so we went back to the store and met with Stephanie the manager. She said she was very sorry and asked what we would like to do. We then selected two other recliners which she had delivered and picked up the first two. We are very pleased with the customer service we got from Stephanie and will soon see her to purchase a new mattress for our Airstream travel trailer. John P. read more

Founded in Broadmoor Plaza shopping center in 1975 as Action TV and Appliance, this company has continued to provide quality products and services to the community for many years. In 1978 the business purchased a small furniture store and combined the 2 businesses to become Quality Furniture and Appliance. We currently operate 2 stores, one in Mesquite, Texas and the other in Canton, Texas. Our aim is to offer our customers top name brand products at competitive prices, and to provide various financing options that are both timely and offer easy approval.

There are shelves in back of the store with small towels and bottles of cleaner to help as the dishes in the back are dusty. She was ready to help us with the colors and inventory questions. Very nice I wish I asked her name. Lots of retired dishes on display (not for sale). They also have pitchers on display of each color made with the date the color came out & the date it was retired if applicable. Very pretty and amazing the first color was made in 1936. After spending over an hour in the back I made my way to the front. Some pieces were on sale so still good deals to be had up front. They also have flatware, butcher block & knives sets, cooking sets, measuring cups/spoons, trivets and more. They sell turvis tumblers and also single turvis lids. One more time searching the back and we were ready to check out. All the pieces rang up at the correct discounted price. Even my BOGO plates! My dishes were packed with great care and the boxes were closed up very well with packing tape. Great attention to detail & it was appreciated. I will definitely go back, preferably after they get a shipment so I can get my hands on any incoming seconds. Only about an hour from home. Decent road trip distance.
