The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. She got her paint and as she was leaving realized the paint she had was regular exterior paint. She asked if the paint paint would paint a pipe fence and the employee told her no. She explained that she asked for paint for a pipe fence. The employee told her she did not. She said that she in fact had. He again argues with her and told her she did not. He basically implied that she was lying. She left and called the store and spoke to the manager. He gave her primer to paint the fence with so that she can use the paint she received. The employee was very rude and would not admit his mistake.
