I had fun just browsing around the store to see what all they had. What variety! I bought about 7 large flagstones for my front yard, a birdbath, a wide-brimmed straw hat with blue ribbon tie-ons, some metallic address numbers, some insulation tape for windows & doors, & even a phone/laptop wall charger. The staff was also pretty helpful, carrying out & loading the larger items into my car. And they weren't too busy or crowded for comfort.

The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. You don't have to buy a packet, just the one bolt you need. 4. Need something but you are still in your pajamas, just pick up the phone and call, they will tell you in a short time if they have what you need and the price. 5. Store is well stocked, 6. The place is super clean and well lit. 7. Items on shelves in a logical order. 8. Aisles well marked. 9. As a former merchant, I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses first. Fast-forward today a week later I receive an email at 8:18 this morning that my order was ready for pick up... I get to the store to retrieve my item and the associate slipped up by stating that two of the same items came in this morning. She even asked a gentleman colleague about the items. She goes to the back and here comes the manager.... The manager states that the order was actually for someone else.. a gentleman... MY ORDER THAT I RECEIVED EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP AT 8:18 THIS MORNING... when I questioned her about what the previous associate commented of having received two of the same, she then changed her story and said that the gentleman's order was received earlier in the week... the order in reference was not something that I received email earlier in the week. It was something that I received today at 8:18 AM. So already stories were twisting. It wouldn't be so bad had stories been all the same but they were different and I do believe the first associate as I received the email... 2 n 2 put together made sense there. She then said it was to had to came in but didn't.... Now going down another rabbit hole of a lie. The manager stated that they do not scan in orders. I can understand that but when they receive any order, it is their responsibility to check it in. If something is missing on the invoice they will be held accountable. I know how this works, I choose them in the industry.!!! Only options per manager was to get on chat to see what was going on which again.... What's going on is my PAID item was sold to another guest for whatever reason! Or... refund me. Obviously I chose the refund. There is no reason to be made a fool twice at this location. It's the fact that I was expected to just accept anything being told. When math ain't mathin' it's time to call bull!
