I called to inform them and was told oh just bring them back and we will redo them for you. Well, i can't keep bringing stuff back two or three times for them to get it right and still not be satisfactory. Most of my things come back smelling all chemically, and are not clean. It's like they just spray something on them and press them to make them look nice! Very terrible experiences. I gave them many, many opportunities. Used them for over a year but will not be back after this soured and still dirty laundry received!!!
