That's not customer service--that's shifting the responsibility of paying employees onto customers. If prices need to go up, then raise prices. Be transparent about it. But adding a tip screen to a basic service transaction feels misleading and leaves a bad taste. There are plenty of other cleaners that don't put customers in this position, and I'll be taking my business to one of them.
