This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer in my whole life. My first…read moretime trying to buy furniture here, I was told from an associate that they couldn't verify my identity despite me being in person with a valid US passport. The sales people were both aggressive and clueless at the same time. This happened several times before I just went and did bought my choices online. Once the furniture arrived, all items were either damaged or looked like a knock off version of what I chose in store. I am currently trying to return these items and I have been on the phone with a total of 8 people today for more than 4 hours. None of whom have given me the same information and no one was able to actually "help" me until the last agent and even that was excruciating to deal with. I am still only able to return one of my 5 items and was not given any information as to why. I was simply told I have to wait for a vendor to approve a return for the remaining items. I'm assuming they're delaying this until my first payment posts. Truly an insane experience. Avoid at all costs.

Had to have a third party deliver that cost me extra money, had to carry it up the staircases myself AND told me I might have to put the base together myself! And now I may need to go buy a mattress topper to even sleep on this FIRM mattress they delivered to me and SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY. Moral of the story- Mattress firm is awful. I called you 10 minutes after the deliverymen left to report two big problems with one of the couches -- problems THEY should have caught before leaving: 1) A very prominent hole/tear at the top of the right arm. 2) A sharp tack or staple protruding from the face of same arm. (Also very prominent .... and dangerous.) Far from apologetic, you copped a nasty attitude and acted as though this was MY problem (well ..... I guess it was). You said if (IF?!) I wanted the couch replaced, it would have to be done TODAY. Because, even though I reported these problems IMMEDIATELY, you said I would be deemed responsible for these defects if the change-out was not done TODAY. First of all, there is no way anyone would look at these obvious defects and think I could have had anything to do with them. How am I going to get an INTERNAL staple/tack to puncture the covering and protrude from the couch. And when you see the manufacturing defect on top of the arm, it will be quite clear to you that a manufacturing defect is the only thing it could possibly be. Forget an apology or some simple common courtesy .... for someone who spent over $1,000 at your store. But where is the regard for my time, my convenience ..... for my TODAY? I already took the entire morning off work for this delivery. I work 70 hrs/week at three jobs to support my family. I am 100% self-employed which means No Work = No Pay. I had jobs scheduled for this afternoon, but now I will miss those hours as well because the change-out, you said, must be done TODAY. So, in addition to pissing off my own customers, today has cost me about $300 in lost income. Them's some expensive couches. Finally, you charged me almost DOUBLE what your employee Linda told me I would be charged for the transport of my old couches. (And I tipped your deliverymen very generously on top of that, despite this dirty dealing.) You told me three days ago that the deliverymen would have to assess the job when they got to my home and determine the charge accordingly. But in fact YOU had already told them what to charge me before they ever got to my place -- again, almost double the charge I was quoted by your employee. Some "Discount"! ..... Not happy.

Furniture mall of Kansas is the Four Seasons of furniture stores because they really take care of you, especially at this location! In 2021 I was 8 months pregnant when we were looking for a new bed and I was dire need of some good rest. We got a super fancy mattress that stays cool and an electric frame, still sleep like a baby every single night to this day! Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped us back then, but he was amazing and made sure we got the best deal for our money adding in two mattress protectors and free delivery. Last year around this time we got rid of our old living room set and I knew this is where I wanted to select the new one. Although, I do have to agree to an extent about the timeliness of the delivery is extensive...I almost hate to say it's worth the wait since these are pieces built to last. I have also snagged a glass bookshelf and a full body mirror to bring the new set together. To the female manager who called the other branches in Topeka and Lee Summit to get a product I saw online that the Olathe location didn't have in stock THANK YOU! I really appreciate your efforts to make it right even after I picked it up and my expectations were not met. It took a couple of visits to gather info and get a feel for the bedding; during our second visit we decided to pull the trigger. Everything went according to plan the delivery drivers were professional and courteous and were on time, in line with what we set up with Gage. This is a top notch place with top notch personnel and products. I highly recommend Crowley for all your furniture needs.

Our salesperson, Clint, told us the purchase included two free Tempur-Pedic pillows with a stated value of $400. When the mattress was delivered, the pillows were not on the truck. The delivery drivers said they would be dropped off the next day, but they never arrived. I called Clint and left a voicemail with no response. I texted him next and he replied that he would look into it. After several days without an update, I texted him again, I texted again to ask about the pillows and received no response. We chose Crowley because of the many positive reviews, so this experience has been very disappointing. Maybe they should take some money out of television marketing and put the money toward customer care.

I went to this location expecting to find a specific brand of mattress in the store. While they didn't have it, it turns out that mattress probably wouldn't have worked for us anyway. We went through their Sleep System testing, which basically measures how your body weight is distributed, and the person we worked with, Jeff, the Store Manager, guided us to a couple of beds that would work well for us. Pricing was in line with what I could find online and in several of the stores around the area. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone.
