This is my experience at this location and with an assistant manager and using credit card points…read moreto get gift cards to use at Bath and Body: I got these gift cards on a Tuesday before I went to this location the first time which was a Wednesday. My boyfriend had points on his credit card for spending so much money on it. So with the points we got $200 in gift cards so that I could go shopping for hand soaps with it. I was only there for the necessities that I need for the house, and a couple things that I am really wanting I live in Paola and work 6am to 6pm I'm not there to make grief, I'm wanting to get in and out so I can go too bed by 9pm. I go in there I pick everything out, this lady swiped my 4 gift cards 4-5 times each. But, anytime they were swiping the gift cards it was taking the money off the total. They tell me that there machines must be down. I understood that, so they tell me to come back the next day and they were gonna call customer service and figure it out. So I do, I'm waiting behind 2 other customers, the girls at the register had gift cards! They used them no questions, didn't tell them to come back tomorrow. They went through just fine. It's my turn to do the whole checking out my items for the second time. They start swiping away trying to "figure out what's wrong with these specific gift cards." They end up calling customer service again to figure out why it's not working. Now this same lady I had the previous day (she was the one who swiped my card 4-5 times) is telling me that there's no money on these cards and to come back on Friday to go through the same trouble. This lady was pretty much telling me to ask around and make sure they were activated thinking I might've stole them if I'm having this much issues. I confront this lady and tell them, "that's funny, I just came in here yesterday with $200 on these cards ready to purchase my items I chose, I checked them. I come back in and conveniently there's now no money on my cards. Your machine took the money." Of course she's telling me that they'd never do that, questioning me if I was sure that these were activated cards, she ends up calling customer service AGAIN. She ends up telling me to write my email and they're giving me my money back with e-gift cards. Perfect situation, right? You'd be asking yourself why I only gave them 1 star and not 5 because they "took care of the situation" I only got partial money back. They lost 3 loyal customers to this Bath and Body we will not be shopping at this location again. We'll make the effort to drive the extra 10 minutes to get to the Oak Park Mall location. They at least know how to use gift cards, but they did know how because they literally had customers IN FRONT OF ME that used their gift cards without ANY ISSUES. Please take my advice and learn how to look back at transactions so you don't have to call customer service 4 times. Saves ya'll the trouble and hassle. Funny part is, is this lady claimed to be an assistant manager. You'd think somebody in that store would know how to look back at months even years of transactions, just to make sure that the machine didn't take the money. Hope people never have to live through the anxiety and very stressful experience I had to experience with you guys all because no one was willing to look at transactions just to at least make sure somebody is making a mistake in the situation. Might've saved some time.

Once I got to the register I was completely ignored by the cashier who acted as if it was an inconvenience to check out my two items because she was gossiping with another co worker about the people in their neighborhood. I tried to ask several times if I could get two fives in exchange for a 10. Completely ignored that I existed. Just pointed to the pinpad when it was time to pay. The only time she looked at me or said anything to me was giving me my receipt which I then finally got her attention/eye contact and asked for the final time to exchange the bills and she told me that it was too late. Working in retail myself I know she could have easily opened her drawer and exchanged them, completely rude and lazy. Won't be returning to this location. I hope a conversation about customer service is had with this employee. Cashier 340618

They had so many beautiful flowers and plants it made me wish a) I was a green thumb and b) I had a space to keep all of them in! My favorite display was Greece because I'd lived there a while ago, so it was fun to see their concept. That said, though, I loved all of the gardens. They were well planned and fun to take a quick stroll through/around. As to pricing, I labeled this as moderate, but really I think it just depends on what plant, planter, garden art, etc., you're looking for--the prices seem reasonable to me. One lady there suggested I subscribe to their newsletter to find out about upcoming events. I definitely want to go again, if for nothing else than to walk down the paths to see the blooming flowers.

This spot has decent square footage, maybe similar in scope or a bit bigger on the inside than the Joco Suburban. There is a good variety of succulents and indoor plants to add to your collection. For me, the greenhouse is the best part - it's huge, and I love seeing all of the cacti they have available. I sometimes notice some religious undertones where which feels odd, but everyone is nice and it's a fun spot to spend a dreary day when you need a pick me up.

There's an energetic vibe to the store that I love. They stock all my favorite items and regularly get new and trending stuff. The Good and Gather brand is affordable and reliable. I love the seasonal items. They are very helpful. Drive up is my go to when I have too much to do. The deals they have makes them affordable. Olathe's Super Target has a huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. Located in a safe and extremely close to most major roads and the interstate, almost anything you need since it's a Super Target. They do have a few employees walking around however you might have to hunt a bit to get them. However once you do, they're extremely willing to assist and friendly. Finally the place is always clean and well stocked with inventory so that's a huge bonus. If you're shopping for clothing, they do a pretty good job of maintaining many different sizes and keeping the clothes in their proper racks. Many other stores you can find the clothes just thrown about. The seasonal selection is decent but runs out pretty quick as they like to get the items in early, then restock only a few times, allowing it to run out well before the holiday. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. As for the food, it has what one has come to expect from Target, average products at a low cost however when it comes to fruit and veggies, they're much better than "mart" place of a "wall". The baked and homemade food items are average but better than that other "blue" store! They do have a pretty good bakery and they're the only one that sells Boston Cream Pie!!! I've also found they're the best for toys as I when I take my kids they have all most popular items and in bulk. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you probably will find it here. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is limited, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Other than those items, it's Target so you already know what you want. This is the best Target around and will definitely save you trips to other stores.
