The sales people were both aggressive and clueless at the same time. This happened several times before I just went and did bought my choices online. Once the furniture arrived, all items were either damaged or looked like a knock off version of what I chose in store. I am currently trying to return these items and I have been on the phone with a total of 8 people today for more than 4 hours. None of whom have given me the same information and no one was able to actually "help" me until the last agent and even that was excruciating to deal with. I am still only able to return one of my 5 items and was not given any information as to why. I was simply told I have to wait for a vendor to approve a return for the remaining items. I'm assuming they're delaying this until my first payment posts. Truly an insane experience. Avoid at all costs.

My greatest praise for Scandia Down is for the bed frame that I purchased here. It sits holds the box springs a full 18-inches above the floor, making it possible for a grown man to climb under the bed if necessary. (Anyone who has ever tried to take a reluctant housecat to the vet knows how wonderful this feature might be!) Scandia Down has models of some of the charming metal bedframes on the floor, and a thick catalog from which a bed can be ordered in a variety of styles, sizes and finishes.
