So, after many trips around town to places like Haynes (with pushy salespeople) to Mattress Discounters (where they completely ignore you), I decided to walk into Mattress Warehouse. I had only previously stopped in for a mattress cover for a friend so they could store their spare bed in a bed bag. After deciding they had good service the last time, I figured I would stop in and see the selection of beds they had available. I met Kevin, a very kind salesman that was very knowledgable about the various types of beds available. After doing a test to see which bed fit my needs best, Kevin was kind enough to show me various beds he had available in store for purchase that would fit me and my sleeping needs best. It did not take me very long to find what I needed - and within my price range- and after only a short time in store, I walked out with a new bed to take home. I was not only happy to find someone who was knowledgable about their inventory but was also kind enough to go through the many types of beds as well as help me find the one that best fit my needs. I would completely recommend Kevin and Mattress Warehouse to anyone who is looking for a perfect bed within their price needs. And, I can honestly say since having the bed, I have had not only good nights sleep but I have not woken up with any pains/discomforts. Kevin is very knowledgable and I recommend talking with him if you stop in!

When I called the day before to ask when I can expect them, I was told that only decide that around 6:00 pm the night before. They also charge for everything. Delivery, by the piece for removal, etc, etc. and their prices are not great. My wife wanted a two sided mattress or I would have walked out during the sales process. Good luck to them and I hope everyone is willing to fit their processes.

First off,…read moreI felt I was pretty sure what my body needed after realizing my pillow top Mattress (4 years old) was letting me awake with hip and spine pains. After trying out many mattresses at various locations I decided to try my luck here. Thus far, I love the mattress because I am sleeping more solid, waking up much more energized and found the firmness my spine needs. Randy explained how the mattresses are constructed and had examples in the store to back up his data. But, no pressure at all to make a purchase! I chose the Orthopedic Firm after trying out at least a half dozen other choices. I am so happy I walked into The Original Mattress Factory!

The shelves are not as disorganized as I've seen other stores. As for staff: They have always been nice. My largest concern is the cleanliness of the restrooms. On my last visit, I had to use men's room and I have to say it was a bit rough. I know it's nasty customers who created the problem but management needs to get the corrected by whatever means necessary. I mean it had a piss smell and even boogers on the one in the one stall. Again customers are nasty, but some staff have to see this.

The "craft" section is mostly scattered crap. There is a substantial book section but most of it junk although a great source for children's books, crosswords etc. The holiday section had a lot to offer and they have quite the large selection of all things, rugs. There are also lots of household items and if you need Carhart or Dickies and you are patient enough the sift through the disarray, you just might find something for dirt cheap. Since the line was snaking around the registers with only one poor guy at the helm, I looked down at the three items in my cart, pondered standing in line for twenty minutes, and said "Nope!" I'm in no hurry to go back. I just wasn't overly impressed. Your mileage may vary.

It's two dollars which is a pretty good deal, but just hope and pray that the disc is inside the box. I found a CD that I haven't seen in a long time and wanted, but there was no disc inside so I assumed that they keep all that stuff labeled in the back. (Similar to how Game Stop does it.) I paid the two dollars and the cashier lady told me that there was no disc inside and I asked if they keep them in the back and she said they didn't. Then she told me that she would just throw it away (She did.) for me and told me to have a good day. So I'm sitting there like "Do I either get a refund or should I go get another CD?!?!" She look confused! I mean I know it's only two dollars but seriously you wouldn't even offer me a refund?!? You're just gonna throw it away until you have a good day?!?! Later I asked another employee about the whole situation and he said that it's ridiculous that they'll allow the CDs to be inside the cases when they know people steal them. He told me for as long as he's been working there he recommends that you don't buy the music or CDs.

I think their packing needs some review to prevent this in the future. Until then, I don't recommend an online order from this facility.

However, I noticed the orange sticker on the book, which indicated that it was at a discounted price.
