I entered the store after the breakup of a long term relationship and needed to start rebuilding my life and the first real affirming step was a new bed. I was treated so kindly and with such true respect I needed to share the experience. Your associate took me around the store and showed me mattresses that kept being more to more to my liking with the slight changes based on my feedback. I was given the time to try each out, ask questions, and then go back and compare. Jeff also helped to ensure I was within my price range as well. There are so many mattress options to choose from and Jeff helped nail down what would be best for my husband and I. I swear Frank Cusimano is the most patient salesman in the universe, and the nicest! That being said, we walked into Sleepy's to purchase a new mattress to replace a 20+ year mattress that we were very happy with, and had many good memories with, but it was time. Frank asked us what we were looking for and then explained today's mattresses to us, before proceeding to show us a variety of mattresses in different price ranges. We ended up purchasing a Stearns and Foster, and loved it so so much, that we ended up switching it out from a Queen size to a King. My mom needs a new bed pronto. I was worried that because she had recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, that her options for comfort may be limited. However, thanks to a knowledgeable sales associate I met at this site named Jeff Alenski, I now know that's not true. He went the extra mile to show me several different styles and thickness levels which may be more suitable for her condition. i worked with Matt at Mattress firm in Bridgehampton NY. He could not have been more helpful. We went around the store trying about 8 different matress's and decided on one that felt the best to me. He helped guide me to a matress that I loved and was in my budget. He called the day before delivery and was available when I had questions about my delivery and a boxspring not fitting up the stairs. The same day he located an available boxspring that woukd fit up the stairs and scheduled the delivery for the following week. Overall couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with this Mattress Firm store and service. My girlfriend and I came interested in the Tempur-Pedic models and manager Lauren was extremely helpful and considerate to what mattress was best for us at the most reasonable price. She was so honest and considered us for the 5 sided mattress protector for a totally affordable price as well. All the representations for delivery and service were absolutely true.
