It took two days to finalize the purchase because something kept not working so we had to keep calling them to get it to work. After two days it finally worked. Then came the delivery day which was a shit show! After asking them to please not pull on my stair railing because it was built in 1876 they not only held it, but used it as leverage and cracked all the base trim off. Then I noticed they walked through mud before entering my house and never put on anything to prevent tracking the dirt in. So three carpets were stained! Then a see the man delivering the mattress had grease all over his hands and he had still picked up my brand new mattress! They could not have cared less! Now Ihave three stained rugs, a broken antique stair railing and a brand new mattress that looks like I got it at the dump! When I spoke with customer service their idea of helping was asking me to get three quotes for each damaged item and send it to him as he will "try" and get me reimbursed. This is their solution after damaging our home. How about this? You get your shit together because I'm suing you. It's the only way to get this resolved. Also, it's been four days and I have not heard a peep from them...zero response!
