We purchased items from them before (floor lamp, coffee table, outdoor furniture) and were very satisfied. The store is beautiful and very easy to browse through. Joe and Mary are helpful and knowledgeable and put no pressure on you. Mary even encourages you to take fabric samples home before committing to a purchase. Joe and his colleague delivered our sofa and took away our old one. We have many narrow doors and stairs to negotiate and they did the job so carefully and with such patience. He even pulled different colored recliners out of boxes to help me find the exact color that would match the room. We had a hard time deciding between two colors and when I called the morning of the delivery to give my color choice and said I was still struggling, the woman I spoke to said they would load both colors so I can see both colors in the room to make my final decision! She was incredibly helpful, and we ended up being lucky to choose an in stock table and chairs to start out with. Gina helped in the selection of umbrella and with the ordering of matching chair cushions which were custom made. We then ordered a matching counter height table with four chairs and cushions that had the same fabric as the umbrella. The wait was long due to supply chain issues, but Gina kept us updated regularly. When summer of 2022 came, and we still did not have our 2nd table, she cancelled our original order and expedited the same product with another manufacturer. We were able to have the full complement of furniture we wanted on our deck for the celebration of our son's marriage in August. Thanks to Gina!

I am writing this review with utmost dissatisfaction with Cardi's furniture. I have purchased…read moremultiple pieces of furniture from Cardi's over the last 15 years. Most recently in 2021, I purchased a reclining chair and sofa. Both the couch and chair were both delivered damaged. Cardi's sent a replacement chair and couch within several weeks. In March of 2024, we discovered that one side of the couch was no longer functioning properly when reclined. Cardis sent a service technician to our home on April 10, 2024. The service technician quickly noticed the frame was cracked and determined the couch was in need of a whole new frame. We were told the new frame should be in within the month and they would need to return to finish the repair. After a month's time I had not heard anything from Cardi's so I began emailing the service department. I sent several emails between May-June requesting updates that were never received any reply. When I finally was able to connect with someone via the service department phone number, I was assured the part would be in "this weekend." When the manager called me the following week, she explained it was actually due to be in by the end of the month. We did not hear anything until late July when the frame supposedly had arrived and we were to schedule a service date. Fast forward to today, our scheduled service date on September 7, 2024 (from the April 10, 2024 diagnostic visit from Cardi's service technician) and the technician was not provided the proper part to fix the couch. We are apalled with the lack of quality and concern this business has showcased. It is unfortunate as both service technicans have been extremely helpful and confident in their assessment of the issues. It is very obvious that the breakdown occurs with the management of the service department. As a local small business owner, we will certainly be sharing our terrible experience with all of our clients, past, present, and future.
