Ok that's fine because I can deal with that. I got the couch delivered on time, but six weeks comes around and still no recliner. We are on week 10 now I get an email saying it's ready for pickup in the taftville store, so I call them and tell them I was promised it will be delivered. They transferred my call back to the new London store just to tell me if I want it delivered it will be another 10 weeks, so that would be a total of 20 weeks! Umm excuse me I don't think so, I told them to just refund my card because I'm done. I will never do business with bob's furniture again!!

One thing we liked was although a sales person introduced themselves, they did not walk around with us throughout the store or even huddled nearby as were walked the store. I just don't like having that feeling of being watched throughout our shopping experience. A very large selection of various living room furniture that was divided basically by reclining or not. Let me tell you we have been looking for a comfortable sofa set for over a year, going to all different stores. But we have found a set that was reasonably priced and most importantly: comfortable. Although we got a quote for the set and went home to discuss it, we pretty much had made up our minds that this was the store and that was the set we would buy. This is my experience with BoxDrop. When I first met the owner Rob he was so helpful and nice. I…read moretold him what I wanted, a sectional couch and I told him I had limited space. I gave him the exact measurements and told him not to go over a certain measurement. Rob suggested a modular sectional because I can make it as big as I want piece by piece and he told me what would fit based on the size of the space. The sectional came in and it was too big for my space. Also, all the pieces had something wrong with them from being damaged, stains, pieces not the same height, seams coming apart and the back coushions were all different in size and the stitching didn't line up. The quality of the furniture was poor. I had taken pictures of every piece of furniture with all the issues. Rob states it's the way it was manufactured. Rob ordered me new pieces for what he thought was sufficate and left it at that. His action was done without my knowledge. He tried to dismiss my evidence and didn't want any more of my pictures to show the lack of quality in the sectional. There were other verbal agreements made between us about the furniture which he didn't abide by. Also, I found out some pieces won't be available until November and December. Rob will NOT give me a refund as I requested and won't take my furniture back. As far as the value I've seen the same sectional cheaper elsewhere a lot cheaper once I did a deeper dive into researching the sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture which is one of Boxdrop's suppliers. Buyers beware before you purchase any furniture from BoxDrop. I gave Boxdrop one star because they were nice.

I require a very comfortable mattress that has integrity to support but is not like a prison plank! It has no structural give to it making it hard and lacking any comfort. Having a severe case of degenerative spine disease it increases my pain level to be on a bed so hard and uncomfortable all night, night after night. There is no possibility for an exchange! I would never have bought it if it had felt this way in the store and this was a top of the line purchase which leads me to believe 'bait and switch' is a strong possibility, too expensive to be taken in at 750.00! This was perfect as it was a present for my son, we were exchanging on Saturday and since all of us would be off for the holiday the following Tuesday. When I called the next Tuesday they said it was indeed in and we could come and get it. We did, but it was the completely wrong item. The sales person- a different one, tried his best to correct the error, but now it wouldn't be in the store until 1/13/15. Not while my family was off on holiday. He threw in a pillow. Not free delivery, but a pillow. Strange, but my husband hushed me and said he would take that day off/ work from home so he could go and get it. I understand that when you say an item will be available to pick up it would be during business hours, and nothing to the contary had been said. So, the mattress came after 7pm. not the most convienent time, and I said wouldn't it seem to make sense that you offer to deliver this mattress since it was three weeks and really an extra day late at this point- the district manager said"no, you're already getting a pilow" I told them that was a shame as I need to replace serveral mattresses in the next year or so- and I will not choose to spend my money there. The sales person was baffled. Just unimpressive if you ask me.
