I had a GREAT experience today. Staff asked if they could help, and they located a pair of earrings I was looking for that I didn't see displayed. I told them they were for an upcoming photo shoot and, when I accidentally left them on the store counter, one of the staff jumped in her car to find me. She didn't, but she did offer to meet me half way so I didn't have to drive an hour to get them! Or she offered to mail them to me at their expense. Who does that anymore?! They have beautiful things that are reasonably priced. I always make a point to stop by when I'm in the area!

So I left new London store and drove all the way to taftville, got off the exit and the store called me saying they didn't have it in stock. This is where I started getting pissed, they told me the couch will be delivered within a week without a delivery charge, and proceeded to tell me the recliner won't be for another 6 weeks. Ok that's fine because I can deal with that. I got the couch delivered on time, but six weeks comes around and still no recliner. We are on week 10 now I get an email saying it's ready for pickup in the taftville store, so I call them and tell them I was promised it will be delivered. They transferred my call back to the new London store just to tell me if I want it delivered it will be another 10 weeks, so that would be a total of 20 weeks! Umm excuse me I don't think so, I told them to just refund my card because I'm done. I will never do business with bob's furniture again!!
