Beware of offer to "get boxsprings for free" if you help him out and purchase the mattress cover that extends the return window up to 365 days. We learned upon return that the cover wasn't returnable and since we had gotten the box springs for free they weren't returnable either. So we are out $350 for helping Raj out. Furthermore we had to call the store to get the refund we were owed (we exchanged for a less expensive mattress) as they never put it through. Poor customer service on top of a bait and switch offer. Raj is a nice enough guy but hard to feel like we were treated right when we lost out in the end. Go elsewhere for a more honest and transparent process.

We pop hoping to get a sale because it looks like they are moving soon - soon as in a few weeks according to the lady that helped us. She was very kind and took the time to show us around. She showed us the difference between a King vs a Cal King which was something we had been curious about. It's pretty much longer vs wider. But as a visual and tactile learner, I appreciated being able to see and lay down on the two to check them out. They were selling off their floor samples before the move which are at a great deal but we wanted to look around a bit more before committing. Got her card and made sure to note where they are moving to. They had some great deals like free delivery, which includes even Oakland (East Bay). If you are ever in town and are in need of a new bed like we are, check them out.

I could never find the support I wanted because what I finally realize now is that I want support and resilience. Memory foam collapses and becomes hard with impressions very quickly. I always felt like I was sleeping on a rock in a hole. Over five years ago we purchased a mattress from this store which is a component. It has a spring coil base, then a layer of latex and another layer of latex on top. We could pick the firmness of each of these components. It's perfect! We already had an adjustable base so our new mattress went on top of that. Let me tell you, I've never had a better mattress! It gives me the support I want but with some resilience (or bounce) so I'm not sleeping in a hard hole most mattresses end up developing after just a few short weeks. It's so cozy! Also you can turn the latex pieces yourself if you feel the need. I purchased mine in Walnut Creek when the store was there but I wanted to leave this review here too.

Apparently I had several choices about height and material of the legs, but the sales person had failed to mention this to me. I contacted the Duxiana US headquarters. They immediately made sure I got the legs I wanted at their expense.

Party room meaning the room where we set up our food buffet and other dishes for family and friends parties. We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. So I gave Ken a call and we worked together after several calls to each other (and texts) and were able to give him the exact dimensions we wanted for our new cabinets, including the wood finish. We just wanted a simple looking design that would meet our needs. Our custom made cabinets came a week later and I am super happy! Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well. Excellent service and I love my new furniture!
