Every time I call in to MBS I receive a person on the other line, which I love! Yesterday I called in for assistance to help with my remote laptop and Glenn gave me a call back within 15 minutes to help resolve my issue, which he did. He also noticed that my Adobe software was not up to date and he updated it for me as well. After all was said and done, he asked what else he could do since I had him on the line.
