I received and emergency call from a tenant with water leaking from the ceiling, an on referral from a local business owner i called Arnoldson plumbing. Kelli calmed me down, and juggled her schedule to accommodate my needs. What can i say, Troy arrived quickly, and called me to go over the scope of work, and pricing. Then took care of my leaking pipe without any problems. The tenant reported to me that Troy was very professional, and cleaned up the work site like he wasn't even there. These guys rock!!! First one resolved and cleaned up by ourself and not the tech. 2nd flooding incident, caused damage to our basement wall, ceiling and carpet. After being to the companies attention only to be told that there is no paper trail of their tech working on the stuck valve and that he "forgot" to add it on there. After an entire day of trying to resolve the issue and finally getting the owner to give us a call, just to be completely unprofessional, disrespectful and end the phone call with we're not taking responsibility and hanging up. Complete embarrassment of a company, a joke at best, lousy ownership and office personnel! Shame on you!
