They will have to come back to do the remaining 2 due to needing permits but they have a guy working with city, so we don't have to worry about a thing. Wish I took some before pictures because you would have never know trees were there by the pictures.

They didn't arrive until 8:30am and spent a significant amount of time at the start unclear about which trees were included, even though we walked the property with them. They took a one-hour lunch break, and by 3:00pm they wanted to end the "full day" with one tree still unfinished -- and asked us to pay for them to return another day to complete it. They also spent the last hour cleaning up, which took longer than it should have because the worker stationed at the wood chipper was on his phone much of the day. In total, we were charged for a full day but received about 6.5 hours of work, including the hour of cleanup and the time spent sorting out the plan. Overall, it ended up costing more than a more straightforward company would have, and I wouldn't choose this service again.

We first met the owner, Tim Dailey, at the Sacramento Landscape Show, and his impressive credentials and clear communication immediately instilled confidence. The team arrived promptly and worked with incredible efficiency and friendliness. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Titan Tree Services. Our written quote…read moreclearly stated that the lower portion of the tree would remain untouched for privacy (there are obvious cuts that we did not do), and that the upper portion would be lightly pruned to reduce leaf drop on our neighbor's roof and our carport (we paid for this service, not our neighbor). Instead, the tree was severely overcut--left lopsided, sparse in the center, and no longer functioning as a privacy screen. When we raised these concerns, the owner responded defensively and dismissively via email, claiming large cuts were needed--contradicting what was agreed upon in the quote and what we asked for. While we believe the crew on-site worked hard, the result was unacceptable and the tree now looks unbalanced and unhealthy. We paid the full amount, but in our opinion, the owner's lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a resolution make it clear they don't stand by their work. We won't be using them again, and if you care at all about the health or appearance of your trees, we strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
