Best Pediatric Dentist on the planet! I am serious! All three of my kids have had Dr. Miller as their dentist and each one of them still wish that Dr. Miller could be their dentist for life but of course they had to stop when they were 18. Shucks! I have my youngest who still has another year with Dr. Miller. He is just so kind and caring to all of his patients and his staff is literally the best dental staff ever! As an adult, I have switched dentist about a dozen times because I find it so difficult to find the level of care that my children have had in Dr. Miller and his team. We have never switch pediatric dental care for my children. I only wish I could find a dental care as great as Dr. Miller and his team. From the office staff to the dental care team...each and every one of them are simply the best! When we lived as far as Soledad, we used to still bring our kids to see Dr. Miller.... I called this morning to schedule a general cleaning and check-up for my daughter. I informed the receptionist from the beginning that I intended to pay in cash and would not be using insurance. Despite repeating this multiple times, she continued to ask for my insurance information. Eventually, I told her that I have Medi-Cal, and clarified that I was aware your office does not accept it -- which is exactly why I wanted to pay out of pocket. Even after explaining this clearly, she repeatedly told me that the office could not help me because I have Medi-Cal. I attempted several times to clarify that I was not using insurance at all and was willing to pay upfront, but she was unwilling to listen. I even asked to speak with someone else, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was told, "We don't help those kind of people here." When I requested to speak with a manager, I was abruptly hung up on. I felt deeply disrespected and discriminated against based on the mere fact that I have Medi-Cal, despite making it clear I had no intention of using it. I left a voicemail expressing my concerns but never received a response. It's extremely disheartening to experience this kind of treatment. I've since scheduled an appointment with a different office where my payment will be accepted -- without judgment. The way this situation was handled is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your office. No one should be treated this way. I posted a review on Google, and the dentist responded by claiming the call never took place. To clarify, I added a screenshot of my call history to show that the conversation did happen. I hope this helps others see how the situation was handled and what kind of behavior is considered acceptable at this office. read more

Both my kids are patients of Dr Miller. He's an incredibly patient man. My son is Autistic and this is the first office that my son's dental visits have been at his pace. They want to insure he has a positive experience. My neurotypical daughter loves going as well! I can't say enough great things about Dr Miller and all his staff! read more

Extreme difficult and unhelpful staffs. I had horrible experience trying to schedule a check up for my teen with Shirley and suzanna. After 2 weeks of playing phone tags, they told me just to stay with my current dentist because they don't do want to do extra work. I do not have insurance plan , but I always pay cash for all services for 16 years now. I'm just speechless. read more

The schedules are not friendly at all. They will give options where we take it or leave it. And cant book for next 6 months. Their ratings have made them arrogant. Also, started to charge "Nutritional Counseling" which most (kinda all) dental insurance wont accept regardless being in-network. Its basically charging things which insurance wont accept and customers have to pay this. read more

This dentist practice is just the best. Not only do they always do a great job with my kids, but they are also friendly and kind to me. My kids have both had to have more intense procedures than the norm. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled. She is "quirky" and a kiddo with fairly significant ADHD and sensory issues. She goes to a special private school (Chartwell) and is not the easiest when it comes to accommodating her neuro-atypical needs. Doctor Miller and his staff are so patient with her and she loves coming to the dentist. They REALLY know what they are doing!!! The receptionist is kind and gets all the paperwork done so that the insurance takes care of most of the expense. My son is also neuro-atypical and has this weird condition where his teeth do not fall out but rather have to be extracted. Again, they are great and he gets to watch his favorite cartoon movie with laughing gas while they extract his baby teeth to make room for the adult teeth that are coming in. This practice is so cool, I have BEGGED that they take me as a 49 yr old patient. Im NOT kidding. I would TOTALLY be down with watching "Finding Nemo" for the 27th time while breathing a little nitrous gas while having a cavity filled but they do not take patients past the age of 18 :( Oh well, at the end of the day I would rather my kids get the better and more fun care than me anyways. Took my 2 year old here for her first dentist appointment after worrying if it was too soon or too late. The ADA recommends going at a year but that seems awfully early. This visit went over well. They were mellow and she even got to pick a toy/got stickers. We are planning on going every 6 mo from now on. read more

Took my 3 sons for dental exams here. Customer service was great! With it being summer break, appointments were booked out till July, but I was called the next day with an offer to move appt up due to cancellations. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork at home and bring it in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Miller was great with my kids and was happy to answer all of our questions. My two youngest sons went for their dentists appointments today. The office was able to book them at the same time so that I would not need to come on different days. My sons are 2 years old and 3 years old. My 3 year old has been before to the dentist but this was his first time with Dr. Miller. My 2 year old has never been to a dentist. The staff had emailed me the paperwork prior to the appointment, unfortunately I had forgotten to fill it all out, but they were nice about it and I just filled it out during their exams. We did not wait long in the waiting room and we were taken to a back room with toys and an amazing fish tank while we waited to meet the dentist. We talked for a bit to the hygienist and later met Dr. Miller. He is very friendly and kind and my children liked him right away. My youngest even game him a hug and let him pick him up. It was adorable. The exams were quick and very informative. Luckily, no cavities . I highly recommend Dr. Miller and will recommend their office to everyone. read more

Extremely friendly dentist and staff. His office has many things to do for the kids while they wait. They can watch a movie while their teeth are being worked on. The best team ever! Being a client/patient is like being family. Because of Dr. Miller's loving advice and skill, our son has not had a cavity in years.
