The non Accu dental dentist looked at the exact same x-ray that was emailed over from Salinas Accu dental and they said I have no cavity and that They don't know what they were talking about. Also, amongst dentists and other people I have talked to Salinas Accu dental has a reputation for charging patients for procedures and treatments they don't need from cavities to crowns. They're violating their medical oath by causing harm. if you want to gamble with your money go there if they say you need a crown or a filling for a cavity I would highly recommend getting a different opinion not from the Accu dental chain i've had terrible luck with them and I am regretting having done business with them

My wife found this office through Yelp, so we gave them a call. The staff were awesome, understanding this was an urgent situation, and were willing to squeeze me in. Mid afternoon on a Friday! How awesome is that? Since there was no pain or bleeding, I opted to take the next available appointment. The doc totally understood the issue. With nice, modern computer x-rays, and a quick and professional exam, the doc made a clear diagnosis. He took the time to clearly explain what happened and why, with some options on various repairs. Dr. Osaki was very personable and pleasant, and every member of his staff I dealt with was equally great. They are not contracted with my dental carrier, and still worked with me on the financial end. All in all, I do believe I have found my new regular dentist. I eagerly look forward to voluntarily exposing myself to avoidable pain and discomfort, knowing I'm really in good hands.

I went to Lalinde's office in Pacific Grove wanting a night guard for teeth grinding, and also because I was concerned about a lower molar I'd had a root canal on that I thought might have a problem. Lalinde insisted that she do a full set of xrays (intra-oral full mouth images) and a teeth cleaning. I did both as she requested. She said based on the xrays and exam she did, that I had no cavities or infections, there was no problem with the lower root canal molar and it did not need to be removed. I got a second opinion from a biocompatible DDS, and he said that the lower root canal molar needed to come out. I had a highly qualified and capable oral surgeon remove the root canal molar - and turns out it was cracked in several pieces with a big hole underneath it and an abscess. Leaving an abscess untreated can eventually possibly result in serious health complications that can lead to death.. When I went back to Lalinde and told her, she did not appear embarrassed or regretful at all, apologize to any degree, let alone take any responsibility for telling me I didn't need to remove a molar that very clearly did need removing. That's seemingly quite something to brush off as if it was nothing. The she stated that in order for her to continue treating me, I had to give permission for her to be my dentist of record. Why would I want her to be after that? Maybe you'll have confidence in her - I no longer could, and am unable to recommend.
