I just got work done by Dr. Lindly. He was absolutely wonderful and all of his assistants and…read moredental techs were great, too. They were very honest with me and flexible about pricing based on my insurance coverage. I'd seen a dentist before this that told me I needed a root canal, but Dr. Lindly looked at my x-rays and said "No way. It's a deep cavity, but we can fix this." So glad I didn't need a root canal. The other thing that really made him stand out was this: I've been told by a few dentists that I need a bite guard because I clench my teeth at night. Over the counter ones were too uncomfortable to sleep in. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth at Dr. Lindly's office saw the same issues and talked with Dr. Lindly. They decided that, because my insurance doesn't cover the bite guard, they were going to be flexible with me in terms of pricing, and they helped me get to a price that I could afford. He's the only dentist in the practice. He has an oral hygienist and at least one assistant, plus a front office person or two. Every single staff member I met during my two sessions was friendly, sensitive to my needs, and just all around gentle with me. I have a little bit of a fear of dentists because of a bad extraction from when I was a kid, so these folks were so, so perfect for what I needed. There was hardly a wait time for either of my appointments. They have a beautiful waiting room but I didn't really get to use it. Everything was sparkling clean and the chairs were super comfortable, too. I know these are little things, but they made a difference to me.

I really wish he would go with a billing company and remove his wife from ruining his reputation. I'd go back , that's how much I liked him and trusted his skill level. I have found a good dentist and I'm happy now. Dr. Lindly--I'm not sure if your wife is the person in charge of the front, I want to say she is, please remove her, I do not have any problem paying what I owe, but she's all over the place with explanations when questions arise. My husband and I feel comfortable asking questions about our child's teeth because we always get meaningful responses. Today my daughter got a cavity filled and while she was a little nervous she was smiling after the injection! Talk about a skilled dentist right? Dr. Bayless speaks to my child as well while he works with her mouth not just about her mouth but also about her interests which I always find refreshing because she feels included and cared for as a patient. The staff is always super cheerful. I've been there first thing in the morning and right before they close and these people are always helpful, cheerful and respectful. My insurance recently changed and they took the time to walk me through payment options which put my mind at ease. The office is perfect.
