I had a filling fall out on a Sunday and they squeezed me right in the next day and repaired it for me! Made me feel comfortable and right at home! Thank you Arnold Smiles.

They've typically gone above and beyond, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I've had to reschedule my three kids' cleanings a couple of times due to illness, and this time I left work early and picked my kids up from school early to make our 2:00 PM appointment. My middle daughter was delayed returning from a field trip, so as soon as we got her, we headed straight to the office. I called right away to let them know we'd be about 10 minutes late, and was told there is a strict 10-minute policy. I said I would do my best to make it within that window. We arrived and walked in at exactly 2:10 PM, but were immediately told we'd have to reschedule. I explained the situation and asked if there was any flexibility--even just to have two of my kids seen--but was told no. I understand having policies in place, but it was frustrating that there was zero flexibility, especially when we made every effort to get there and communicated ahead of time. What made it more disappointing is that we've had multiple visits where we've waited 10+ minutes to be seen without issue. It felt like there wasn't the same consideration given in return. After years of being loyal patients, this experience was really disheartening, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

My family and I were long-time patients who came in for regular checkups and additional visits, yet multiple small cavities were completely missed. Those same cavities have now progressed into large, invasive procedures that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. We have called repeatedly to ask how these issues were missed while we were actively being seen, and no one will return our calls or provide an explanation. This is, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had. Between missed diagnoses, poor communication, and unprofessional management, I would strongly caution others to avoid this practice and look elsewhere for competent, reliable dental care.

When the retainers (looked a lot like invisalign) came back, the top one didn't properly fit. I was told to try them out and that they can be uncomfortable initially, so I did. It was a struggle to get the top one on and even worse/more painful getting it off. The retainer ended up breaking. I took it back and was give a replacement, which also had the same issues and also broke. So again, I went back and asked to have my upper teeth reassessed and a proper one made. Instead of correcting the issue, I was given 5 of the improperly fitting ones...it would have taken less than 5 min for them to use their machine and try again, but instead they ignored my issues. Most expensive piece of plastic that doesn't work that I've ever purchased. Won't return.

First of all, being a regular patient of theirs I let them know I needed to be seen immediately as there were several daily time slots available online that you cannot book without calling. I was told those are for new patients only, and I would need to wait until the next week to be seen. When I finally got in to my appointment I was told 2 teeth needed extracted, but they would actually take 4 of my FRONT teeth because they couldn't do a bridge on only 2. And had me leave with no antibiotics or resolution besides removing my teeth. This did not sound right to me so I went somewhere else for a second opinion where I was told my teeth are completely FINE. That I would need a deep clean at best and that my gums seemed to already be improving on their own. They also said they hear Aspen Dental horror stories all the time as they are scammers. I am so glad I listened to my gut instinct on this.

The last few years i noticed my gums receding I asked about it. No concerns or advice was given. No advice was given to see a periodontal dentist. So since I've noticed for at least the past two years, at least the last two years of teeth cleaning has sped up the process of the periodontal disease. I'm not sure why he never voiced any of this but all the other dentist I've seen since then have basically been like yeah none of those teeth cleanings helped you. All they did was basically hurt you and help the bacteria grow and become more of a problem. So now over the past 10 years, I paid him and his father thousands of dollars out-of-pocket and more through insurance to basically help speed up the decay of my teeth. When I thought the whole time they were helping me. I would just go to a periodontal dentist, which is a specialist or a holistic dentist these regular dentist that pump this stuff in your mouth and then don't tell you about receding gums and stuff is very cheap car salesman like. To fix all the periodontal disease work and to help slow it down because it never stops and to fix the root canals that him and his father have done over the years could be upwards of $20,000. Keep that in mind when you go to these places and they try to act like they're doing stuff in your best interest.
