Initial staff on the phone and at check in were pleasant and friendly. I met with a hygienist who took the time to explain things to me, how the office ran, what the dentist would do, super helpful and nice. I met the dentist, Dr. Chet Welker. He was super friendly and used humor to put me at ease. I got some x-rays, and color image photos that showed things in a way I hadn't seen before. So cool! The dentist looked at my teeth and all that were of concern to me, explained all in a manner that was helpful. Both of the two I met with made my decision that I would like to continue as a patient. I have a cleaning appointment scheduled and need to call and schedule time for an old cavity repair as well as the difficult job of quitting my old dental office.

I booked an appointment on the phone with a scheduler for a crown and teeth extraction, when we arrived they told me we'd now have to go to a oral surgeon. Rather than validate my frustrations, they were more focused on saving their own bottoms. Would not recommend this office, even though it's right by my house.

Fortunately for me, I was able to get in 2 days later. Dr. Clarke is very professional and he uses the state of the art equipment. I was in the chair less than an hour. The shots to numb the tooth were not painful at all. Dr. Clarke communicated what he was doing at every turn of the procedure. Some dentist are performing root canals. Don't risk it. See Dr. Clarke. I'm glad I did. Every staff person was polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
