We've been going to Arnold Smiles for over 5 years as a family of five, and up until today, we've consistently had great experiences with both the dentists and staff. They've typically gone above and beyond, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I've had to reschedule my three kids' cleanings a couple of times due to illness, and this time I left work early and picked my kids up from school early to make our 2:00 PM appointment. My middle daughter was delayed returning from a field trip, so as soon as we got her, we headed straight to the office. I called right away to let them know we'd be about 10 minutes late, and was told there is a strict 10-minute policy. I said I would do my best to make it within that window. We arrived and walked in at exactly 2:10 PM, but were immediately told we'd have to reschedule. I explained the situation and asked if there was any flexibility--even just to have two of my kids seen--but was told no. I understand having policies in place, but it was frustrating that there was zero flexibility, especially when we made every effort to get there and communicated ahead of time. What made it more disappointing is that we've had multiple visits where we've waited 10+ minutes to be seen without issue. It felt like there wasn't the same consideration given in return. After years of being loyal patients, this experience was really disheartening, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

My wallet kinda doesn't like it since my insurance doesn't cover. However, it's an amazing price for being out of pocket; and so worth it. As for the service, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have a rare condition they understand and already know how to work with. They told me I received unnecessary fillings. So they don't lie to get money from fillings like my last dentist. They can answer pretty much any question and have solutions. They tell you exactly what you're doing right and need to do better. Also take absolutely any concerns seriously. I changed my medical insurance this year along with dental. After asking for references and calling offices, I was fortunate to find Arnold Smiles, and they had an opening only two days later for my first visit. I was impressed by the office, brightness and cleanliness. The office personnel were very helpful when I was checking in; pleasant. Dr. Erin took time with me, let me tell her about my two molars and how long the discomfort had been going on, that I knew I'd have to get them pulled. . .but no! Today I left with a new crown for one molar, and on my next visit, we will address the 2nd molar; it appears I may be able to keep that one as well. Ya'll if you need a dentist please go to Arnold Smile. I have a bad tooth ache and need a pull. They were able to see me within the hour and then they are able to pull today as well. They are vey reasonable priced as I am on a fixed income right now and have NO dental insurance! They also offer a payment plan. When I walked in the office and waiting areas are so nicely decorated and the girls at the front desk are super kind. I can't say it enough if you need dental work go check them out. My kids and I had a 4:00 pm appointment today. My wife brought my kids to the appointment and was on time. I came straight from work and was slowed by an accident on 270 and was 15 minutes late. My kids had to wait 15 minutes for their appointment to start. I was told that I needed to reschedule my appointment because I was too late. This doesn't seem like an equitable timeliness policy. read more

I love Arnold Smiles and all of the staff! I have recommended several friends to their office and my children loved going there. Unfortunately we lost our dental insurance about two years ago and could not afford the extremely high cash price they quoted us for a cleaning and had to go elsewhere. I've been going to Arnold Smiles for several years now. When I first started going they only had little plastic butterflies hanging on the ceiling tiles for you to look at, now there are huge TV screens. They are always professional with the newest equipment. Their staff is well trained and friendly. I will confess a couple of years ago I did try another dentist because I like to spend my money as local as possible. Honestly, I walked out half way through the cleaning. Very professional and clean. I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes before being called back. Dr Erin Mariscal is down to earth and easy to talk to. She takes the time to sit down and explain what's best for your dental care She filled two cavities today and didn't even use anesthetic! I hate going to the dentist..... but the tech and doctor I had today were great. The tech in particular was very gentle and patient and did a great job. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I am so impressed with the the entire staff and the facilities. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand exactly what they are doing through the entire visit. Not only did they do an exceptional job on my sons tooth repair (um I got to actualy see pictures of each step of the process when they were done, how awesome!) I HATE going to the dentist. I always try and put it off as long as possible. However, this is the only place that makes me feel comfortable and doesn't cause me lingering pain after an appointment. I've had several cavities filled here and within a few hours, my mouth is back to normal and feeling better. I am so glad I found Dr. Marsical! What an amazing dentistry practice full of cutting-edge technology. And, Dr. Mariscal's staff makes for a well-rounded, highly knowledgeable dental practice. The first time I went to Dr. Marsical was on an emergency-type situation. They got me in right away and made a generally uncomfortable procedure pretty much pain free. My son has Autism and I needed to find a dentist for him. Since I was impressed with how they worked with me, I scheduled an appointment for him to get his teeth cleaned - he made it through the entire cleaning - x-rays and all - the entire staff just rolled with the flow of my son's "specialties." Called Last week to make an appointment. Receptionist took down my name and put me on hold. I held for 15 minuets and was hung up on. So I called back the first thing she says is her Arnold Smiles saying and will you hold. I proceed to tell her I was already on hold it hung up on me... she replies I am helping a patient right now. . . . .
