The flight supposed to arrive around 11 pm but was delayed and delayed and delayed. I was in constant communication with Xavier and he had infinite patience. I didn't get out of the Birmingham airport until 1:30 am but he was ready for me and took me straight to my hotel in Tuscaloosa. He seemed like a really interesting person with lots of stories to tell; normally I would have had a conversation with him but I needed to get some sleep because I had early morning appointments in Tuscaloosa. As bad as my flights had been, everything with Crown was smooth smooth smooth; I would definitely use their service again.

Daughter was contacted the day before her pick-up and told if she wasn't prompt she'd be left (no problem). Was picked up 4 hours before her flight was to leave(3:35 before boarding began..perfect!). One hour and twenty-seven minutes later she was still in Tuscaloosa picking up seven other passengers. We understood the possibility existed it could be a ride-share with someONE else. This led us to believe it could be two parties total, one other and our daughter. The dictionary defines 'someone' as singular, not plural. Lesson learned, we'll make sure to have all potential scenarios understood in the future. Made it to flight on-time, but disappointing experience. For what its worth, the driver was engaging and did an excellent job.

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with VIP Limo during our wedding weekend. The company…read moreput our guests in danger, failed to fulfill the agreed-upon services, and refused to take accountability. On our wedding night, VIP Limo sent a shuttle bus with non-functioning windshield wipers in the middle of a severe rainstorm. Rather than alerting us, the driver attempted to transport a full bus of guests in zero visibility conditions on dark, storm-damaged roads. A guest noticed the issue and made the driver pull over. My sister confronted the driver and told him not to drive another trip, yet he picked up a second busload of guests--including myself--without even mentioning the windshield issue. He started driving us on our 30 minute trip through the storm without functioning wipers, only stopping when my sister finally got in contact with us and we forced him to pull over. We had to call our wedding planners to rescue us on the side of a highway in pouring rain - 25 of our friends had to fit into 3 cars to get home. It's terrifying to think what could've happened if we hadn't intervened, as there were full trees down on some roads due to the weather. When we brought this to the company's attention, we were told we were "lucky they even showed up" and were denied any refund--despite the fact that they failed to complete the contracted rides and violated state and federal safety laws that require working wipers (violations that could lead to fines or suspension of operating license). This was the most serious failure, but far from the only one: 1. The shuttle missed a scheduled pickup, stranding 12 guests and delaying the ceremony 25 minutes. These guests ended up driving themselves to the wedding. 2. A bus nearly tipped into a ditch en route to the welcome party, frightening our guests. 3. Multiple drivers had no idea where they were going--guests had to sit up front and give directions. 4. One driver turned down a dead-end street and had to reverse out with guests using flashlights to help him avoid hitting a fire hydrant. Ultimately, we did not receive the "VIP" service we paid for--we didn't even receive safe or competent transportation. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I hope this review encourages VIP Limo to take accountability for their gross negligence and issue the refund we are clearly owed.

Behind me a I hear horns bleeping and didn't know the reason until the limo driver got next to me and pulled into my lane without blinking and when i honked he didn't move. He nearly hit my car (literally by inches) but he would not relent until i finally let him in to avoid damage. I called the dispatcher to complain and he said he would call driver to get HIS STORY (I knew at that moment he didn't believe me or care.) He also said he'd call me back after he spoke with the driver but of course he did not. The driver skipped at least an hour of waiting by doing this so good for him but I wouldn't trust him if he was driving my limo. I'm sure he does other stupid/dangerous things while driving other than this.
