Having scheduled with ACR Express a round tip from the Birmingham Airport to the University or Alabama, Tuscaloosa. I encountered the worst experience with shuttle arrival and costumer service with the office. On my returning trip, the bus did not show at the destination on time or at all; they finally, mind you, called me back (the bus driver) after I had repetitively called their office trying every extension they listed to talk to an operator at least to figure out why my bus is an hour late, and still missing. The Bus driver had gone to the wrong pick up place and called me a hour and a half later, asking where I was . . . I had to end up paying for a taxi of $140, from the University to the Airport, and when the Company called me back the next day; argued with me about the driver and then told me they would only refund me half of my ticket, even though I had to go out and spend more than triple the amount on a taxi cab, due to their mistake and poor customer service. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND HOW THEY WORK. Next time, I will spend the extra 20 bucks on Grey Hound for the reliability. The saying is true, "You get what you pay for". . . Cheap, isn't reliable.

Then it broke down in Tuscaloosa. She was told a replacement would arive in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called and was told 15 minutes. Then, 20 minutes. The replacement arrived after an hour. The driver of the broken shuttle had no idea what was happening or where the replacement was. The home office was guess-timating the whole time. When I told the home office we were concerned about my daughter missing a flight, they said they were "sorry." The guy she was on the shuttle with missed his flight.

John communicates often and monitors the flights coming into BHM airport. He knew about one of my flight delays before I did!
