After reaching out to Rusty weeks prior to get my ride set up, I was in touch with Rusty at Memphis Airport Shuttle a few days before my flight, and the day of. He was incredible to work with the entire time! We went back and forth several times during the day as my flight plans kept changing due to delays and getting later and later into the night, but he was patient with me, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I never felt like I'd be left without a ride which could be scary when traveling alone. I'd highly recommend both the company and Rusty/his drivers to anyone traveling to Oxford or the Ole Miss area. She also truly saved the evening--after taking us to dinner, the restaurant turned out to be a bust, and we thought we'd have to head back to the hotel and figure something out. Without hesitation, she said, "I got you," and took us to Hattie B's Hot Chicken, which ended up being the perfect choice. I didn't get out of the Birmingham airport until 1:30 am but he was ready for me and took me straight to my hotel in Tuscaloosa. He seemed like a really interesting person with lots of stories to tell; normally I would have had a conversation with him but I needed to get some sleep because I had early morning appointments in Tuscaloosa. Was informed at that point that our daughter may have to share the ride with someONE else(as it was a busy finals week), and if that happened the rate would be less(awesome). Daughter was contacted the day before her pick-up and told if she wasn't prompt she'd be left (no problem). Was picked up 4 hours before her flight was to leave(3:35 before boarding began..perfect!). One hour and twenty-seven minutes later she was still in Tuscaloosa picking up seven other passengers. We understood the possibility existed it could be a ride-share with someONE else. This led us to believe it could be two parties total, one other and our daughter. The dictionary defines 'someone' as singular, not plural. Lesson learned, we'll make sure to have all potential scenarios understood in the future. Made it to flight on-time, but disappointing experience. For what its worth, the driver was engaging and did an excellent job.
