The line can be excruciatingly slow, especially when you have purchased a "speed pass" AND especially if the person in front of you is buying a new membership. (Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

I'm assuming cars will have a better chance, but I wouldn't advise trucks to go here.

During the hour we were there, I noticed the employee assigned to our vehicle standing around quite a bit instead of actually cleaning it. For a full-service car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. The whole process took about an hour, and the results simply didn't justify the price. We made the drive from Lincoln City because there aren't any full-service car washes closer to us, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the trip. We'll be looking for other options next time.
