The average car station gas wash does a better job than this for a fraction of the price. I WISH I had found/used a manual car wash. It's unlikely I'll ever go back.

When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.
