When I picked up my car the owner admitted they have a constant flow of work for one of the Used Car Dealerships, so the single customers are no longer as valuable to them. As such they do a subpar job. It seemed that now that they have a corporate contract that don't have time for the single Vehicle customer. The line can be excruciatingly slow, especially when you have purchased a "speed pass" AND especially if the person in front of you is buying a new membership. (Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.
