This was the worst experience ever. Wish I could give 0 stars. Please do not do their brunch until they figure out how to correctly communicate between their waitresses, food runners, and kitchen staff. Our waitress seemed already in a huff and puff when she first started attending to us, and we quickly tried to order our meals. Very weird that your entire party does not have to do bottomless brunch, but whatever, out of the 9 of us, 3 of us did brunch. We asked to have the kids meal (chicken tenders for crying out loud) arrive first and earlier than everything for the child. The first plate that arrived was one of the brunch plates, after probably like... 20-25 minutes? Ridiculous. Then 2 more brunch plates all for the same person. I'm sorry, if you go to any establishment for brunch, the plates come out with SPEED and accuracy. One person is over here chilling with almost all their food and 8 other people are waiting. At least the 3 people who ordered brunch should have gotten AT LEAST one of their plates at this point, and god forbid they bring chicken tenders out, which I dare say takes a few minutes in a frier. We ask the waitress about the chicken tenders and she said she'll check. Then one sandwich. Then another sandwich. We're trying to get the waitresses attention, just asking to please have the chicken tenders come out soon. She seems annoyed at us and finally goes to the kitchen herself to bring the food for the child which has definitely just been sitting around. It seems like the food runners were being absolutely lazy assholes and not doing their jobs, and the waitress seemed to care less about it and show us her own flare of attitude about the situation. 2 of the people with brunch orders, and 3 meals are still missing at this point. Give me a break. We've been sitting for a good amount of time and finally all of the food is there except a SALAD order, and the brunch options of 1 of us. Brunch is usually pretty fast paced, since it is small plates, and it's unusual to be waiting around for over 30 minutes for THE FIRST order. Much less brunch come out slower than anything possible, a freaking CAESER salad took the absolute LONGEST to arrive. This place just has NO clue what they're doing. We approached a manager and we explained to her the situation, she is the ONLY reason I'm even rating this. She was so polite, professional, and understanding. She herself was confused why our brunch plates and food was taking so long to order after we've been waiting and waiting. She also was confused about the waitress and even told us she only had 3 tables assigned so there was no reason for her to be so slack. This entire time we're all sitting around thinking of valid excuses, it WAS Father's day, their brunch is basically new... but this was a new level of incompetence. I overheard the other 2 tables all also seeming to be dissatisfied with their service and orders that seemed to have come out wrong, cold, late, etc. The manager herself approached us and asked if we needed anything, we were delighted because our waitress decided to hide in the back apparently and leave us at that. The manager took our second brunch orders (again, bottomless plates, we had another hour of eating available to us) and tried to fix one of the plates that was wrong. So again...we waited. And waited. Our waitress completely dismissed us at this point, and the manager comes back AGAIN. She's literally like "has she come over to you..." we're like NOPE! Finally, after FORTY. MINUTES. (40) MINUTES our second brunch plates arrive. To add insult to injury, a side order of BACON was ordered among all other things that took 40 MINUTES. Aside from the obvious missing plates (again) that we never got (lol) and didn't even want to linger around for (or think it was worth it at this point), the blatant disregard for our table, the ruined orders, moods, father's day, etc. the shining light was this manager. She comp'd our entire bill and even gave us a $40 gift card if we were ever to dare to return to eat there again. MATCHBOX PLEASE PROMOTE HER OR GIVE HER A RAISE. THIS WOMAN DESERVES YOUR RESPECT. Our waitress, when she deemed it absolutely necessary to face us after most of our party left and only the brunch goers remained, seemed like it was appropriate to remind us our bill was taken care every time we told her we were waiting for our second order of brunch. Thank you sweetie, you're doing amazing. We're also still kind of hungry, as we ordered our plates before we even knew the manager had did us that kind service. We're not taking advantage of anything, we just literally thought we should get $30 worth of food after waiting for it for a total of over an hour...... read more
