Cute Italian restaurant far exceeded expectations!!! Very small restaurant and during the week you can get a reservation. We went for dinner Saturday so had to join a waitlist online. Waited about 40 minutes but got a table and the food was well worth the wait. They bake their own focaccia bread everyday and have several different kinds (including a dessert one with Nutella). The focaccia bread was AMAZING and we ordered several! I had the pesto lasagna and it was really good. Was impressed with the HUGE portion size (twice as much food as I was expecting). The lasagna had too much cheese but I loved the house pesto they use. Wife had a caprese mozzarella di búfala salad and also liked it. Great spot to scratch that Italian food itch!

The food was great. The server was friendly and gave me helpful recommendations. I got there shortly after they had finished the focaccia and with Nutella and powdered sugar on it, it was so delicious. I tried a half pasta with walnut sauce and a half pesto sauce and the pesto was so flavorful. I enjoyed the walnut sauce but the flavor wasn't as exciting as the pesto. The restraunt is very cute and small, on the wall it said the max capacity was 26, so there were a lot of smaller tables. Overall I was satisfied and would go back to try more.

History repeats itself! Well kind of. Tonight, for the first time I got the Pesto Genovese. It was so good I got an order to go too. So good. Super busy night... they don't take reservations but I don't care. The food is so good. You can be added to a wait list but if you have a group everyone must be present before they will seat you. I had the bruschetta... so fresh. The olive focaccia so good! And for dessert the chocolate panacotta I hate to expose this hidden gem but a yelpers job is to blow up places like this so they get a Michelin star. In due time.

Overall, the meal was sub-par.I didn't think anything was inedible except the gnocchi, but I wouldn't want to spend my money here again, hence the rating. Gnocchi - too much blue cheese for me; I couldn't eat it Meatballs - pretty average Soup de fattore - kind of taste like eating just pasta sauce Lasagna - it needed more sauce inside-- was a little dry. I mixed it with the soup de fattore Side salad - not memorable

I would highly recommend this place!! Everything was delicious, although I was disappointed they don't serve wine. I love the different focaccias. All of the pastas were so fresh too! Get a reservation because this is a really small location.

Still just delicious and the best Italian food we have in Utah county. The menu has expanded and they've added new items. The pesto is still my hands down favorite. Nothing else quite matches up. And the bruschetta is always fresh and hits the spot!

Definitely a must try if you are looking for authentic Italian. The entire menu looks incredible, which did not make our decision easy. We started off by ordering some of the fresh focaccia bread. We decided to try the olive and the onion focaccia. It was absolutely delicious! I can definitely see why this is one of the items they are known for. It is extremely flavorful and a perfect way to start the meal. As a huge pesto fan, I knew I had to try it! It was a tough choice between the Lasagna al Pesto Genovese and the Trenette al Pesto Genovese. I ultimately decided on the lasagna, and it did not disappoint! The flavor of the pesto is absolutely delicious and the fresh pasta is amazing. You can absolutely tell that it was made from scratch, I can't say enough about how flavorful this dish is. My wife had the Spaghettone Aglio Olio e Peperoncino. Again the flavors of the olive oil and garlic were perfect! Then you get a perfect kick of cayenne that ties everything together! It's a very cute and cozy little space that makes you feel welcome. The service for a Saturday afternoon was a little slow as we watched people get their food that had sat down after us. There was no need to complain at all as our server noticed this. He apologized for the slow service and comped our focaccia bread. We will definitely be back in the near future to try more of the menu!

I have been eyeing Mastra for a few months now! Make a reservation if you'd like the full experience! We came here unplanned and ordered to go it took less than 20 mins! To sit inside it would have been an hour wait. Great Staff, clean inside, decent amount of seats. The Foooooooood was amazing! We got the Caprese Salad, Trenette Al Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Al Ragú Bolognese, Panna Cotta Caramello. I will highly recommend 20/10. Only thing that would have made the meal better is if we dined in for the experience! The bread is worth the carbs! For me at least hehe

Quiet and cozy restaurant. Not great drink options, but the focaccia was excellent. The meatball appetizer is phenomenal. The tomato soup wasn't great, but they didn't charge me for it. The pesto gnocchi, the pesto lasagna, the carbonara and Panna cotta were all extremely delicious. I've been back several times this week. The roasted potatoes are mid and a little plain, but tasted good. I wouldn't get the potatoes again unless they were with a sauce of some kind.

This place is fantastic! Very authentic tasting Italian food and I hear the local Italians actually come here so it must be realistic Italian food done well! The vibe is very simple modern Italian, very pretty and clean inside. The service was great as was our waiter. Attentive and kind. She recommended the spicy pasta I got and it was delicious! You can tell everything is very fresh and made from scratch. The prices range from $15-20's. Would definitely recommend the pastas and focaccia and even the panna cotta! I'm not the biggest fan of panna cotta but theirs was the most flavorful and best I've ever had, even compared to Volters Osteria and some of the boujier places downtown SLC so that's saying something!

Quaint, Simple and delicious. Some of the very best Italian food I've ever eaten. I highly recommend the bruschetta, you will not regret it.

We love it here. The foccacia is incredible, as are every single pasta dish. This has quickly become one of our favorite date night spots.

Go for the pasta, Stay for SKY!…read more We had dinner at Olive Garden in American Fork this evening, and to say we are disappointed is an understatement... But probably not for the reason you're thinking. I'm disappointed that more servers aren't like SKY! You know when you go to Olive Garden and they ask if you want cheese on top, and that tiny little feeling of dread hits because your real answer is, "YES. YES, I WANT ALL THE CHEESE." But then they pull out the cheese grater and ever-so-slowly turn it... and turn it... and somehow an eternity passes while approximately 7 tiny shreds of Parmesan land on your food. Eventually it gets awkward, so you panic and say, "That's good, thank you!" while watching your dreams of melty, cheesy goodness disappear. That was NOT the case today. Sky understood the assignment. He piled that cheese on FAST and HIGH. No awkwardness. No judgment. Just glorious Parmesan. And the cheese was only the beginning. Sky was friendly, funny, personable, and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed taking care of his tables. He checked on us regularly, kept our drinks full, and made sure our never-ending pasta actually stayed never-ending. He was balancing several other tables AND a large party, but somehow never missed a beat--or broke a glass, which honestly feels worth mentioning with everything he had going on. His personality and service were so great that I'm pretty sure he somehow made the food taste better too. Seriously, Olive Garden: protect Sky at all costs. Give that man his bonus, all the cheese he wants, and whatever else comes with being an absolute rockstar server.

First time at a Noodles & Co, so we asked for recommendations. The cashier was very friendly, gave…read moreus ideas, and told us what's most popular. Ambiance: order at the counter, fill your own drink at the machine, sit in the cafeteria-esque dining area (fast food style), they drop off your entire order at once based on the number you took from the cashier, and you bus your own table at the trash by the door on your way out. I chose the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak because they said it was the most popular that day. When it came to the table (you get a number and they bring your food when it's ready), I said, "That's it?" It definitely doesn't look like the picture on the wall... the bowl looked 1/2 full. The employee explained that some noodles settle and look less than others, but I felt that was the case with both dishes. They should use smaller bowls. The flavor was strong (in a good way) and the mixture of noodles to other ingredients was very balanced; every bite tasted the same, which was nice. When I tasted my husbands LEANguini lemon parm, it seemed bland compared to mine, but it's just a different flavor profile and not a bad thing. He liked his. Because they're close to us, we'll come back to try other dishes. The service was great and now we know not to expect our meal to look like the pictures. I will say, they're probably the right proportion for a meal vs. getting a larger version and eat too much. NOTE: They turn around the POS iPad for signature AND tip. That has been a big issue online lately, the seemingly forced pressure of tipping semi-fast food restaurants BEFORE the end of your meal / experience when people usually leave a tip for excellent / going beyond service. At that point, a cashier has taken your order... in my opinion (and a lot of others) that is not a tippable effort. Someone drops off your food, but does not come back for anything else (make sure your food is as expected, refill drinks, etc.)

As a smaller grocery store, they carry items that bigger grocery stores do not carry. I specifically went in here, looking for specialty salt, and I found it. I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I'm an instant fan and will be coming back to this place, specifically for this glass-bottled-milk. LOVE IT!
