I will say though, even though the drive thru line is long, you might as well stay there or order via mobile app. I went in to order to avoid the line and the drive thru line got their orders first. They don't seem to put the people who ordered in the lobby first. Sometimes they don't acknowledge you until you stand at the register for a good few minutes. I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a cup of pretzels. This isn't the first time it's happened either. A lady next to me said she was waiting for 20 minutes for a bag of beignets....she had to go ask about it and they finally handed it to her. Anyways, just a heads up.
