I have shooed at Brick Canvas before, I have eaten at the cafe and I have taken drop in classes at the studio. It is safe to say that a place that does not welcome Latinos is not a place I will ever return to. I really hope management can take that into consideration.

I also loved watching them hand-mix the matcha and seeing the little specks of real vanilla. You can tell they care about what they're making. The avocado toast was simple but so well done. Perfectly toasted bread with fresh, quality ingredients--sometimes simple really is best. The baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. The café itself is really nice inside, and I'm especially happy they're open on Sundays! Definitely a place I'll be coming back to.
