Ordered last Sunday using Door Dash. I did not receive my 2 orders of pretzels and the 4 smoothies that I ordered is wrong. I ask the Dasher she said the staff from Roxberry did not give it to her. I don't know whose fault it is. The door dash or the roxberry staff for not looking thoroughly the orders. I'm so disappointed that I complained the transactions to DoorDash company. read more

Let's dig in! Mango mango classic with a shot of vitamin c was just over $8.00. This smoothie is passionfruit mango blended with pineapple sorbet- I'm upset that I tried this because I don't live in Utah, and will forever more be sad we do not have this in Alabama. This smoothie is probably the best smoothie I have ever had. It is 100% fruit, with sweet chunks of mango, and the brightness of pineapple sorbet. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS GO GET ONE!!!! (Get the big one) read more

The staff here is friendly, but it is SO SLOW. I would go here a lot more if it went faster. I'm not sure why it takes so long. My family and I love smoothies. We go to lots of smoothie places. This specific location has the longest wait by far. As far as the smoothies, they're good. Pretty normal. They have options for health conscious people as well, you just need to read the ingredients. Some smoothies should be labeled as milkshakes read more

We got to the store at 8:52. Even though they didn't close till 9:00, the person running the drive thru said he decided to close at 8:45 today. We went to leave but there was a car being served. They sat there until after 9:00 waiting for their food. Why were they served but I wasn't? So not only did we not get food but we were trapped in the drive thru. I think it's dishonest to close before you are supposed to close. read more

We went through their drive-thru and it was fast and easy! My husband got the Tropical Twist and he enjoyed it; has a big citrus taste to it. I got the Piña Colada and it was exactly what I was hoping for! If you are a texture person at all and don't like little chunks of things in your drinks; there are pieces of coconut flakes/pineapple in this drink. Hopefully you should expect that from a fresh smoothie that has actual fruit in it. read more

I love that they have a drive thru. I can just stop by with all my kids in the car and it's not a hassle. I decided I needed a refreshing treat after taking the kids to the butterfly biosphere at Thanksgiving Point. This Caribbean Cooler Smoothie did not disappoint. It had a great creamy orange flavor and the pineapple gives it just enough zing for my tastebuds. read more

I will preface with I don't leave reviews. Started an account just to do this. I am 100% sure they gave me an old smoothie that someone didn't want. Warm and straight liquid. So gross. Absolutely not worth the wait in line. Go somewhere else. read more

**their granola is certified Gluten Free** last I checked, they use Udi's Brand. This is my go-to for healthy smoothie bowls and smoothies! In my opinion, Roxberry's products are tastier than Jamba and offer a wider variety of flavors. My favorite bowls are the Peanut Butter Crunch Bowl and the PB Power Bowl. I also love their Piña Colada with a high five shot (make sure it is well blended). read more

I love Roxberry but for some reason this location is just not consistent with the other franchises. I have regular orders so I know what to expect when it comes to flavor. For some reason not only does the line here seem to take longer but the flavors are always off. My most recent visit I ordered a pina colada and all I could taste was pineapple juice. No coconut flavor or creaminess to it at all. read more

we really love the peanut butter blast smoothie here. Very flavorful. However, smoothies on a consistent basis here are chunky and not as well blended as Jamba Juice . We came here on Saturday before our basketball game and ordered 2 smoothies. Only three cars in line and over 20 minute wait. We were late for our game. There was a car in the front of the line that had a huge order. I wish they would have it wait on the side while they fulfilled the small orders. read more

I wanted to see what the hype was. I have always heard people ranting and raving about how great Roxberry was. I decided to give it a try one day. Now, Utah is full of overpriced sodas but we still have our fair share of other overpriced drinks. This would be an example of just that. It was about $8 for a small smoothie on their menu. It tasted sour and was nothing as good as even Jamba Juice. It was also chunky, which I was not a fan of. I really want to understand the hype and agree with it...but I don't. Roxberry unfortunately is nothing special. read more

I go to the Roxberry often. They have the nicest employees. The girls are so nice. My only problem is the time. Sometimes they are super fast and there have been times that I have waited 15 minutes. My favorites are the Blueberry Blues and Caribbean Cooler. My absolute FAVORITE is the P NUT Butter Blast with no chocolate, add raspberries! Get it and you can thank me later! read more

Best bowls and smoothies!! Staff is amazing!! Food is fresh. Lobby is clean and welcoming!!

We went to this location on a Friday afternoon, but the service was pretty slow. They seemed like they were understaffed. The smoothies we got were pretty good, but I feel like they were overpriced a bit. read more

This place ROX! The wait is worth the quality product these kids provide! Moved out of state and make a point to stop by each time I've are in town visiting! read more

Would do zero stars if I could. Pulled my car up at 8:50 they close at night to high school boys inside claimed they were closed when the open sign was still on and they close at 9. And then were just laughing as my car drove away. Never going back to this location read more

Roxberry franchise is great as a whole, but this location is the absolute worst one I have now been to on two different occasions. Got two drinks on 9/12/23 at 3:00 pm and my drink was only 2/3 of the way full, and my fiancés was literal water consistency. read more

So incredibly slow. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. It wasn't very busy, but nobody looked at me or spoke to me. The girl in drive-thru kept stepping in front of me to use the indoor card machine, but still didn't say anything or even gake my order. I stood there for 20 mins with nobody in front of me. Then when she finally took my order, she cut me off before I could finish ordering like she was rushing me... again... it was not very busy. Pretty disappointed. I recommend the Farmington location instead. read more

I would've put 5. I really would. but here's the thing, my friend works here, and he's a bit of a nutcase. he really is. I love smoothies as much as the next guy, but when I ask for a surprise, I didn't mean 110 grams of protein. like, that's quite a bit of protein. yet somehow, the smoothie was still creamy. how does that happen?? read more

We got the dominator açaí bowl and the pb blast sensation smoothie (peanut butter). Both were delicious and filling. I would describe The dominator bowl as a açaí smoothie in a bowl topped with granola, chia seeds, flax seeds, banana, blueberries, and strawberries. read more

We went through drive thru and no one else was ahead of us and it took 15 minutes to get our 4 smoothies. Maddy was one of the workers along with one other who was there. They both were moving very slow making the order. We will never be back this was a waste of time and the result was nothing worth waiting for. read more

This place is always so slow. Can never get through here quickly. Last time took 20 min. Ridicules. They always want a tip by no way. It's getting worse every time I show up. . read more

The mango smoothie was just ok. You knew it was a mango smoothie, but the flavor was just not very intense. Service was very slow. Like my daughter said, "how long does it take to make one smoothie?" read more

8-17 we are currently waiting in line and have been since 8:10 for two smoothies. The owner has staffed their location with one employee to try and save on payroll while making us wait for over 30 mins to get two smoothies through a drive through. Very poor business management to save $9-11 an hour for 2-3 hours. It's not fair to the employee either because customers will be upset and it falls on the owner and management. read more

This is one of my favourite places to get a smoothie, and every time I go they take forever and are very cranky and annoyed like they hate working and then proceed to put the tip screen in my face to where they and I can see it like that deserve a tip with the unprofessional and rude service they provide! read more

The worst customer service. I was in line for 28 minutes with ONE person in front of me. They waited forever too. They seemed to have gotten 2 smoothies and I only got a bowl. THEN they got my order wrong. So so ridiculous. They sHould all be fired and get a new set of people in who can learn to not sit around on their phones and chat. Don't waste your time at this location. read more

I order the pitaya smoothie. I really enjoyed it. The service was great. I was greeted as I waked in the door. The store was very clean and my smoothie was prepared quickly. Great location. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. #lfthx read more

Açaí bowls are one of my favorite foods, and I think Roxberry has some of the best in Lehi. The flavor was really good, with a smooth texture, and a beautiful array of fruit toppings (bananas, etc...). The granola topping was really good as well, but a little too sweet for my taste! I look forward to trying their restaurant again! read more

The service was quick and the employees were very friendly. Not to mention the smoothies were delicious! Will definitely be returning.

Everytime I order a smoothie from here it always tastes different. I order either a piña colada or strawberry temptation. It either tastes really good or like a different flavored smoothie entirely. Not to mention the wait is always unusually long even if you're the only one in line. I'll stick to Jamba Juice. read more

I came in and you guys said to give you a moment and you'd be happy to take my order and instead you close your store and leave multiple customers outside waiting for you without bothering to turn off your sign knowing we would see it when you were clearly open with your sign on your hen we came in. Not acceptable and horrible customer service. read more

Great smoothies! One of my favorites and I'm pretty partial. They're super smooth and creamy.

We went to Roxberrys trying to have a healthier meal choice after a long day. We arrived close to an hour before listed closing time. We sat and sat at the drive up. We even backed up to trigger the call again. We gave up and left only to find the employees locking up the front door. They decided they didn't want to serve us and closed 45 minutes early. Frustrating. read more

love going here with my friends at any time of day and trying new smoothies that are always AMAZING. so delicious and prices are great!
